Food is decent. Attentiveness to the accuracy of customer pickup orders is abysmal. However, thanks for helping to convince me to no longer tip for orders I’m picking up myself. Tips are for high quality service not making pathetic excuses that it “was busy”. And in reality it wasn’t even that busy so your excuses suck too. Cherry on top, I was promised a refund and that didn’t happen either. Impressively bad.

First trip to California and we were on the Santa Monica Pier looking for a place to eat. We decided to cross the street and check out options on the Promenade when we found this place. Customer service was great and staff was friendly. Very happy with the portion size and speed of service. My chicken-waffle sandwich was delicious! Enjoyed dipping it in syrup, ketchup and the honey BBQ sauce. Would definitely recommend it as a place to try!
I was a Tourist so I went in not knowing what to expect, but this place blew my mind. The chicken was AMAZING. Seasoned so perfectly. The Angry mac n cheese was to die for! If your in the area , definitely check this place out! Great prices too!

Omg it was AMAZING!!Get the waffles and chicken! It was fantastic and all of their dips were good. Love.It did take a bit to get (understandable because they were busy and make amazing food), but don’t go if you are pressed for time.We are coming back next time we are in the US!

Best chicken and waffles of my life. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was incredible. Highly recommend‼️
I had just the waffle and it is extremely yummy. Very fluffy with nice fluffy butter as well. I was there for the waffle and not the ambience as the place is a tiny location but it is located on 3rd Street promenade.

Waffle is in the good zone of crunchyness and softness but it could be considered part of it a little overcooked but does not taste burnt.The chicken was cooked great the sauce used is good it was not too sweet and not too overpowering.The waffle fries is cooked well done so it is crunch when fresh.Issue with this place is the price is a little bit high for what you get. Expect to pay over 20 for a combo (with fries and drink). But it if you view it that its near the coast and a tourist spot it could be understandable price.Atmosphere is somewhat low because the area does look like a fast food place and can be considered open space so weather is very much a factor where you seat. The place does not have a lot of space but this could be because this food can be considered togo food/drinks

Went here with the kids and the food was quite delicious. The chicken was cooked just right and didn't feel too oily. The waffles made for a perfect combination in my opinion. The service and staff were very friendly. Good value for the price as well.

What a fun find! We were super hungry after walking and riding bikes and happened upon Bruxie! Our first time here. Wow! They sure do know how to make chicken DEElicious!! We each got a salad. One crispy, one fried. Water and orange juice.The wait for food was a bit long, but when it arrived, it was soooo good! Staff is very friendly, welcoming and happy to see you!Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Manager kept coming out and cleaning tables just as someone left. Dine inside or out. Open, airy concept.
