Went here for lunch with friends. I ordered a quinoa burger and a lavender lemonade. I had to tell the guy twice I wanted the lavender lemonade. He gave me a Hibiscus tea so I had to tell him a third time I ordered lavender lemonade.
My food comes and I received an Impossible patty instead of the quinoa patty. 🙄 It was good (didn't care for the bun) but that's not what I ordered. I chose not to send it back. If they don't listen what's the point...

Teddy was amazing. It was after closing and me and my group were still hanging in the restaurant. I went for a refill, not knowing they were closing and the machine was already cleaned for the night. He still put the machine back together for me just to refill my 1 drink. Absolute legend. 10/10 customer service.

Gotta love Burger Lounge. This location is right by the famous Third Street Promenade. It was virtually empty on the Friday night we stopped here on our road trip. If there's a long wait at your preferred restaurant, come to Burger Lounge instead for a delicious, casual dining experience. Of course, I had to get another Pumpkin Spice Milkshake. Get yours before they're gone.
