My party of three and I had a lovely evening. The service from the moment we walked in was helpful, friendly, and informative, and our table was perfect. The food from the antipasto to dessert was delicious. One of my guests said the pasta With mushrooms and clams was the best that she's ever had. I am one of the luckiest to have this gem of a restaurant down the street from where I live !
We got engaged here 30 years ago and always return for our anniversary (and other times in between) The food is excellent, the room is romantic and cozy, the service is great and the owners treat everyone like family. The area has recently seen the arrival of checkpoints for entering the Palisades due to the fires but it's easy to access the restaurant and valet parking - don't be dissuaded by the lights and cones - you can still get in and out easily!
I have been dining here since they opened 35 years ago, and it continues to be one of my favorite “go to” spots. The owners and staff are all terrific and the food is consistently excellent and delicious. And the ambience is lovely—nice lighting and not too noisy. Everyone I have taken there has become a fan as well.
