If I could I would give lower than 1 star. The manager here has created a hostile work environment for their workers, from yelling at them to degrading them. Clearly the manager is just money hungry and does not know what they’re doing managing a place like this nor do they care for their workers.

These vegan croissants and pastries are so good, they're even better than what I tried in Paris!!
I always get the ham & cheese, and the guava cream cheese (if they have it, it's less common). The sit-down breakfast options are good too, I tried the omelette with dill and feta and I highly recommend it! Huge portion and delicious flavors. The shakshuka was okay, I probably wouldn't get it again but the vegan poached eggs were fun.

I came across this place erroneously thinking it was all vegan. Was sad to realize my options weren’t as vast (or as good looking) as the non-vegan ones. Pastries were ok — not flaky or buttery, which, believe it or not, IS possible without animal butter.

Very cute cafe with good food and drinks and wonderful presentation. One star off for very noisy door, and one more off for staff cleaning floor and spraying tables with cleaning solution with very strong chemical smell. I hope they can fix these issues to improve.

Chaumont has a nice atmosphere and a large variety of pastries. Though their pastry selection is huge and presentation of the pastries look beautiful, the actual texture of the pastry is disappointing. We tried the cinnamon roll, apricot twist and almond chocolate croissant. They were all very dry and doughy. Croissants are usually crispy and flaky-- these ones were the opposite. I don't recommend the pastries here but they are pretty to look at. The interiors of this place is also very cute.

I've never seen so many croissant options, I'll definitely be back to try more. I ordered cold brew, a raspberry twist, and an almond chocolate banana croissant. They were both fantastic. Service was fast and straightforward. The shop is cute, too. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. For anyone vegan wondering, I did see they have vegan options. Haven't tried them, so I can't vouch whether they're good or not, but they do exist!

I recently had breakfast at Chaumont Bakery in Santa Monica, and I must say, I was thoroughly delighted with the experience. From the warm ambiance to the delicious food, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offerings were not only tasty but also beautifully presented. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The atmosphere was cozy, perfect for enjoying a leisurely morning meal. Overall, my time at this place was simply delightful, and I can't wait to return for another wonderful breakfast experience. Highly recommended!

This is the holy grail for vegan French pastries! The Just egg omelette is excellent as well! Strong coffee and an inviting ambience to top it off. Plenty of non-vegan options too.

Wish they had a small lot in the front to make it easy to grab and go.I love how you can request to "warm up" your pastries, which is a nice touch compared to other bakeries.I love how much smoked salmon was included in their Smoked salmon and poached eggs??croissant, baby spinach, and avocado smash side. STACKED is awesome in my eyes!Their smoked salmon, sammy was also amazing!I tried their pistachio and rose roll. Its pistachio roll with rose water glazing is amazing!The staff was friendly, but I wouldn't say over-the-top. I loved the ambience inside and outside seating, even though the seats were really uncomfortable. Smoked salmon sandwich was surprisingly good. A bit heavy on the cream cheese, but tasty. The rosewater pistachio was just okay, I probably wouldn't get it again but would come back to try other items on their menu.
