Would only give me a tiny amount of rice on my taco
The food quality is below average. The staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming. They handover food with disgust and shout instead of talking. I’m never going back to this place again and won’t recommend either.

The staff is very rude. Cleanliness and hygiene in the store and kitchen is questionable. I order food online and during pickup the staff started shouting. They is a way to talk with customer and not just throw food or shout. Would never recommend to have food at this place.

I hardly eat your food already and I hope you guys go under forever as a food chain because of your attitude towards customers.
When I walked in, I immediately overheard the manager sternly reprimanding an employee in the open dining area about portion sizes. While I understand the importance of maintaining standards, the tone and setting of the conversation made the environment feel tense and uncomfortable — especially as I was placing my order. It felt more like I was stepping into a disciplinary moment than a welcoming restaurant.
Additionally, I used the restroom during my visit and was shocked to find that the urinal had no splash guard. This resulted in urine splashing back onto my leg, which was not only unhygienic but incredibly unpleasant. It’s hard to describe how disgusting that felt and how it added to an already negative experience.
Unfortunately, due to these issues, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope you’ll consider addressing both the public handling of staff matters and the restroom facilities to ensure a more professional and sanitary environment for your customers.

Out of fajita vegetables. Gave gift card and $20 to cover charges over the Gift card. Cashier used the $20 first and then applied the gift card and handed me back the gift card with a balance of $1.50. Last but not least I got sick after I ate the burrito. I saw one of the workers checking the temperature of the food while I was there and remembered that after I got sick.

I hate to write this because I really like Chipotle, but I think this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. All the tables inside were so dirty that I couldn’t even sit down, and the outdoor area was even worse, with a bunch of flies. I’m not sure what’s going on there, but I’ve never seen any Chipotle location in such poor condition.

They gave my order to someone else and then I waited 25 minutes and still my order was not ready. I come back another time to give them another try, they tell me I can't have water because they are out of water cups and because I asked for a refund for the order they messed up then they can't even give me a drink cup. Worst Customer Service. Emailed the manager and 4 days still no response. Shame on Chipotle!
