Chipotle Mexican Grill

They gave my order to someone else and then I waited 25 minutes and still my order was not ready. I come back another time to give them another try, they tell me I can't have water because they are out of water cups and because I asked for a refund for the order they messed up then they can't even give me a drink cup. Worst Customer Service. Emailed the manager and 4 days still no response. Shame on Chipotle!

Visited Chipotle and was very satisfied! All the ingredients are fresh, the staff works quickly and is polite. I especially liked that you can customize your burrito to your taste. The place is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. A great option for a quick and filling meal. I’ll definitely come back!

I truly do not recommend any one to come to this chipotle location. I got a food poisoning TWICE from this location. Just check their grill and you will understand everything. Contacting the HQ.

This dude was super rude and weird to me. Gave me like 5 chunks of steak and then made me pay for double for like half a spoon more and kept being nasty about shorting me on food. Was really confrontational toward me when I finally got to the register after I barely said anything to him. Weird and very negative experience. Do better.

This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. I came in during a slow time, so there was no excuse for the sloppy presentation and filthy counter — it looked like no one had cleaned up in hours. The food itself looked dry and unappetizing, like it had been sitting out all day. The portions were embarrassingly small, and when I asked (very calmly) if that was the standard serving, the woman behind the counter snapped at me and yelled that it was. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If this is the standard at this location, it needs serious management attention. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Burrito makers were not listening closely as to what I wanted in my burrito and when they made a mistake, got attitude back. Then I asked for a bottle of sauce as they were all being used and not available. The older, skinny African American employee told me they’re around and when I responded that they’re all being used, she gave me attitude and told me to go find one. The next customer asked for a bottle and was given one, right in front of me. Not cool and terrible service.

Located on the 3rd Street promenade. There is eating inside and outside. I have ordered from this location several times but online and perform my own pickup. The orders are quickly prepared with 100% accuracy. The food is consistent in nature. The portions are healthy in size.

The staff at Chipotle will greet you on your way in. I've never seen this place super busy. I like that they have a to-go order prep station separate from the line. Everything moves very fluidly at this location.

Parking is available at the structures around the 3rd Street promenade where the first 90 minutes are free.

The place is okay. The food isn't essentially tasty, it's just better than JUNK-FOODS (if I take HEALTH into consideration). But I believe they use SEED OIL, so I won't call that a healthy meal.
