This place is a roulette. Always good ingredients but it’s often incredibly sloppily made.
I had two slices that were way too salty to eat at all. Tastes like olive juice got mixed it. I’ve ordered that pizza from this place probably 20 to like 40 times and this is the first time it’s been this salty.
The owner Hugo just refused my return so I’m done with this place , I take that back. He didn’t refuse it. He said this will be the last time that if they screw up, they’ll fix it. I’m not willing to order from a place that if they screw off, this will be the last time they fix it I expect it to be fixed if the order is wrong, my cc agrees. Chicken was decent but the pizza went the in the trash no refund.
I take back my previous reviews, I’m now gonna make my own pizzas instead of going to this place.

I haven't tried the pizza yet, but want to sing the praises of the people who run the place. I'd gone in to get a coke (in a bottle,
one of the few places that has bottled Coke) for a scene in my acting class across the street. Turns out my car keys fell out of my purse and I didn't realize it..come midnight after class I was frantically searching the area and didn't find it. The next day I went back to keep searching. I remembered the Coke i bought and headed to check there. The pizza place was closed but the door was propped open so I went in calling for whom ever was in the back but no one heard me. That's when I spotted my keys off to the side of the counter! I can't tell you the relief and gratitude I felt. I want to thank the person who had the kindness to leave that door propped open and the key within sight. This pizza must be very good because there is love and wisdom at work here. Thank you!!
This is very good place to buy pizza but I wish I could say the same thing about there service. It is horrible. I have recently just been there and have experienced that when I pay with card the employee/manager likes to constantly move my card around to see all my info on it has been very weird and very confusing why.

There is a woman here who works in the nighttime who has highlights that wears glasses. She should not be working there. She is very rude and has no good Customer Service skills. Every time I go there she always acts like I owe her something. What a horrendous attitude.

We were visiting from out of town and lost track of time and it got late - all the restaurants we tried on Saturday night were closed. The last place we tried was Classic Pizza. We ordered food and took it back to the hotel to eat and boy was it tasty! The Greek sandwiches were full of flavor, fresh herbs and vegetables. The toasted bread that held it all together was extra delish. Seems like lots of folks must know about this place as there were lots of people picking up orders. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit LA!

Classic Pizza has a great variety of menu options! They're your best choice for late-night delivery or slices in the store. You can order from most apps but you can usually also order directly from them by telephone. That's the best way because you get to talk to the wonderful people who work there, and the food is sent out as soon as it is ready. Also, I think that is the way where you pay less fees & the restaurant & driver get all of the money instead of giving a percentage to an app.
I especially recommend the Greek Vegetable Sandwich! Order whatever sounds good to you, and it will also TASTE good!

Good slice of thin crust nyc traditional cheese. Thin crust that you can fold, good sauce spread not too much not too thin either. It's the same size as a Costco slice at twice the cost but flavor wise definitely true NYC style. I'd buy 2 slices if they had more.

Awful customer service. Ordered dinner for two, they ran out of an item and were very unhelpful when we tried to get a different item instead. Then they told us that they refunded the missing item and it turned out that they did not. Just inexcusably bad. It’s a bummer because they’re a local spot for me but they will never get my money again. Stay away.

!!!Staph infected!!! Disgusting This place gave me staph infection on my lips!!! I ate here 3 days in a row and the 3rd time my lips were burning after eating the pizza for lunch and dinner.
I tried them under their label Fat Hugo’s and ordered the Double Philly Cheesesteak. They then repeat in the description “Double the meat!”What I received was a fair quality at best sandwich w stale bread and barely any meat on it. It was more like a stale bread sandwich w some meat placed in the middle. Even it was billed as a regular size, it was unacceptable.Businesses should not take advantage of customers like this.
