The staff is super sweet here. Might have been the sun and the pier that made this iced coffee taste so good. Worth a stop after the beach.

No sugar free options other than some “vanilla powder” that the cashier Karen couldn’t guarantee it was sugar free and wouldn’t ask just kinda shrugged and said idk. Not asking to stay skinny but as a type 1 diabetic. Go girl give us nothing

I‘m a usual here at coffee bean and normally the service is excellent. Today, I went in for a bagel and the service did not meet the usual standard. It was not busy whatsoever but somehow it took very long to receive my bagel. There were 8 employees working so I’m not exactly sure what’s going on. Are your employees getting paid to pick their ass? They were standing around just staring at me as if they were waiting for me to make my own bagel. Please consult with your employees about the standards and procedures. I hope my next visit is better. Thank you.

It was shown as 4.35 dollars online, but in the store it was 9.99 dollars which was really unreasonable. When we asked the clerk for the price tag, he claimed that there was no price tag.

The coffe Need some improvement

Definitely a great place to get some hot coffee and muffins. The kids loved the chocolate muffins and we enjoyed a walk at the pier with our hot lattes.

I have been to many coffee places but this the worst one so for when it comes to service. How long should it take for one cup of coffee ? Especially when they open a coffee shop at such nice place and don’t provide a good service. The server had long long longg nails! Is this even allowed? They weren’t even doing anything to control that much traffic.

The staff seems uncaring and strange and I ordered two mochas, one had more flavor and the other had less flavor. Employees don't do what you want and often don't hear you
