Definitely a great place to get some hot coffee and muffins. The kids loved the chocolate muffins and we enjoyed a walk at the pier with our hot lattes.

I have been to many coffee places but this the worst one so for when it comes to service. How long should it take for one cup of coffee ? Especially when they open a coffee shop at such nice place and don’t provide a good service. The server had long long longg nails! Is this even allowed? They weren’t even doing anything to control that much traffic.

Horrible coffee. One of the worst I've ever had. Burned. Burnt plastic taste. Slow and rude service. High prices for the product they sell.

The staff seems uncaring and strange and I ordered two mochas, one had more flavor and the other had less flavor. Employees don't do what you want and often don't hear you

Easily the worst coffee I’ve ever drank in my life. It doesn’t taste like they left the coffee pot out for too long. It tastes like they reused coffee grounds from yesterday, and then left that pot out for too long. I tried dumping out the rest of the coffee (I was sick of it after 10 sips) to salvage the boba. Unfortunately the taste still lingered. Pretty place though.
Dietary restrictions: They have oat milk atleast.

I recently visited this branch of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and tried their Vietnamese coffee and tea. The Vietnamese coffee was fantastic—rich and bold, delivering a delightful kick. It was one of the best cups I've had in a while. The tea was soothing as well. The café had a warm atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend their Vietnamese coffee and can’t wait to return to try more!

Probably the only coffee shop that I found on the pier. My wife wanted hot drink as it was cold on the day we visited. Shop is very basic and decent selection which is nice. I grab her a hot latte and I tried their bubble tea.
Impression on the latte was good as it had a good strong coffee taste on it. They had an option for oat milk as well for those who are lactose. Bubble tea experience wasn’t too pleasant because of my expectation. Typically bubble tea is on a sweeter side of taste and this was a cold latte with tapioca. This was not for me, but could be for others.

I ordered an iced Vanilla Latte and when I received my order I noticed there was no vanilla. When I asked the Barista he said I did not pay for vanilla (paid over 9$ for 1 iced latte) he said I would need to pay an additional $1.79 for vanilla. Their mistake and they were all really rude so I was not willing to waste my time or pay the nearly 2$ extra. When I asked for my receipt back the barista tossed it at the counter and walked away.

Worst bubble tea I have ever had. They gave the wrong order, and we had to wait again. Don't waste your money.

A must-try spot for coffee lovers: Coffee on the Santa Monica Pier is pure bliss. I had the caramel-flavored coffee, which was excellent. The staff is courteous, and the place is clean and well-maintained.
It’s a great location but the service is chaotic and the chai latte was poor. Staff were having an argument at the till so the queue had to wait for them to finish before any orders were taken. Shame really, with better customer service and attention to detail it could have been 5 stars. A captive audience should not be an excuse for mediocre service

Breakfast here in the form of sandwiches and coffee was good, and the price was right for the location. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
