This coffee shop offers a calm & soothing vibe as it is located right by the rides & the staff are very welcoming & lines are always through the door. Be prepared to be know what u want before u ate in line as it is a fast moving shop. Personally I am a fan a more cold chocolate drink for the afternoon/evening as it is still January it does feel rather chilly staring at 5pm. Staff is very accommodating to each and every customers request & pastries are always warmed...
In order to experience the energy of the ocean, I stopped by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at the Santa Monica Pier and tried it. With so many people walking by, street performers performing, and the sea breeze slicing through the commotion of tourists and skateboard wheels on the boardwalk, the location is hard to beat. Aussies take note!!!!! If you're looking for a coffee just like we get at home, this is the place. Cappuccino that tastes like Cappuccino!!!\nGreat service, great coffee, highly recommended. Cant remember the barista's name, but when she heard my Aussie accent enquiring about how they make them there after a few bad experiences she said "I think I know just what you're after" \nSpot on! so good, we bought another!
