This was an outstanding dining experience.
Crudo e Nudo change their menu constantly based on what has been freshly caught. That dedicated to sourcing food based on seasonality is evident in their fresh and flavorful dishes.
Everything from the sauces, to the broths, to the quality and flavour of the fish, is truly remarkable. I literally polished off each of my plates. Even the shishito peppers blew me away!
The server was also very attentive, and ensure a gluten free safe meal
If you don’t mind a splurge (or being treated like me 😂), this is a definite, definite must in the area.

The food is so tasty, the team is very professional and knowledgeable, it's very light fully organic flavored seafood , the atmosphere in the restaurant so simple yet very classy and cozy, definitely will eat there every time I visit LA.

Disappointing experience. Showed up at happy hour, was the only customer, sat for 10-15 minutes without service until the server came out and admitted they forgot about me. Was then served the wrong crudo which was fine and good looking but not suited to my tastes. Left feeling embarrassed.
I recently visited Crudo e Nudo and was really impressed by the freshness of the fish — it truly melted in my mouth. Every dish felt intentional, clean, and vibrant, though a few could’ve used just a touch more salt in my opinion. The organic wine selection was also a highlight — bright, balanced, and paired beautifully with the seafood.
Service started off great, but once the restaurant got busier, it felt like our table slipped through the cracks. A few different servers came by at first, but then no one seemed to be checking on us consistently. We had asked for bread early on, and it didn’t arrive until our main dishes came out after asking a couple more times. Everyone was kind overall, though one younger server made me feel a bit awkward for asking for salt and pepper — which threw me off a little.
That said, I understand how hectic things can get when it’s busy, and the food and wine more than made up for the hiccups. I’d definitely come back on a slower night — the fish and the wine alone are worth it.

Second time trying and the first time was better…. set out the patio ordered some tuna carpaccio was good and the Kampachi sashimi was good and the mackerel was absolutely delicious but the squid ink rice dish was mediocre and didn’t have a punch and it was pretty bland…..server forgot the tea and I had to go inside to ask her that she brought out a lukewarm tea… used to be super busy but now it’s pretty slow on a Sunday night, but I’ll give it a try again in the future… maybe it was just an off night?

We had a really special birthday lunch here. The food is really excellent - beautiful and thoughtfully prepared. Great wine list. The service was warm and relaxed. The prices I think are totally appropriate for local and sustainable seafood.

Really great dining experience for fresh seafood. The crudo trio was amazing - the bluefin with grated tomato and basil was the star for us. We were so happy with every single dish that came out. No notes.
