It was so disappointing getting this service and old french fries at this location which is in a high end neighborhood! I was the only one in drive true, ordered crispy tacos combo, and got to the window in less than 30 seconds, the person handling everything was impatient and rude, asked me if I want any sauce?! I said yes, hot sauce, he gave me the bag and I found two cold tacos and one cold and old fries and No sauce! This was my worst experience at Taco Bell and will never go back there!

Really rude, I am not gonna buy food if you’re angry because your system doesn’t work. I came here on a Saturday, paid with ebt, came back on Sunday, the workers didn’t know how to fix it and well why bother paying for food if the cook is angry. No thanks

I went here and waited like 45minutes for subpar food.
But yet the drive thru was bustling thru and orders fulfilled.
I know they have problems because I went there one night and they were closed before hours.
They deliberately tried to make me wait to cause strife.
If you look at the staff. Overweight toxic people, attacking people who have absolutely no problems or enemies in life.
A bunch of mess with the register and needing 2-3 people too. Inefficient.
Very rude paid for triple sour cream only got one serving, and the lady purposefully put my sour cream on the side after putting it in a container. She didn’t even hand it to me. She just went to go do something else and then it took forever for one of the managers to grab it for me. None of them apologized for my order being wrong. I paid so much extra for extra toppings my deluxe chili cheese fries ended up being 14 bucks Hello and it’s dirty here. I thought it being mostly women staff. It would be a cool place but it’s not.

My first time trying and sadly it wasn't good. I asked and they assured me that everything was in the bag then, I came home and I'm missing a burrito. The taste of the food wasn't good at all. I think I can make it better and I'm not even that good of a cook! The only thing I liked is that you can bite into real meat (beef) in the quesadilla. Honestly, just go get Tacobell.

I’ve been here many times before, but today, the doors were locked. Lights were still on and someone was working the drive-thru but refused to come to the door when I knocked multiple times. It was 4:30 PM when this happened so it will still open.
