horrible food i would never come here again all their food is frozen and this place is listed as a resturant $30 for a coffee and burrito seems to me like overpriced food for rich neighborhood that's completely overrated

Came here for the first time. The server appeared dismissive initially with our orders. Figured it was because it was the end of the day. After asking her what she would recommend, not only did she give us the wrong order (gave us an order that we didn't place), cost us a whopping $20 for coffee, and it tasted literally like crap. So don't. No idea what these other people are talking about.

Service is great but their breakfast options arent my favorite. Great place for grabbing coffee with a friend or getting some work done.

Good coffee and vibes! It's not much of a coffee shop and more of a hotel you can sit in, but it's a nice spot. The problem is the food is bad. I wish they made the same food as Main Street. They even have the munchies burrito but it's a completely different burrito. The burritos are massive here but I really can't stomach them. Not sure why they don't just follow the same recipe as Main street because it works so well. Still a good spot for coffee and nice service! The coffee isn't anything to write home about, but it's good.

The infamous Dogtown Coffee was conveniently located at my hotel, which made sourcing a reliably good cup of coffee easy to do. My favorite part of this location is the outdoor space, it’s small but perfect to tuck away to enjoy your coffee before going on with your day.

Long wait . Latte was cold undrinkable with weird taste. This was 10 am Sunday. They need to hire a good barista.

Situated in the Fairmont hotel right next to the Bungalow, 4 star reviews, walking distance from my hotel, what could be better? Turns out, anything else. The coffee was acceptable, I got an iced latte, and a dirty chai for a friend. Not much espresso in either beverage. We had a croissant breakfast sandwich and a ham and "soft scramble" on ciabatta. These sandwiches were previously prepared and heated to order, but the eggs were far overcooked and gummy, hard, and everything was dry. My biggest beef was with the price, for $50.44 before tip with 2 large coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches I expect something freshly prepared or at least fresher. Unless you are staying in the Fairmont and only order coffee, I would not recommend this spot.

The drip coffee is good. The service is spotty ... Two mornings I ordered bran muffins, and each day when I returned up to my room with pastries the bran was not included. The first day we were given blueberry muffin, the second day a croissant. Recommend checking the order bag before you depart the store.

Great coffee, great staff. Curteous, helpful and always professional- Neil, John and Gino. The 6 a.m. shift is the best. Coffee is delicious!!

I moved into the neighborhood in August, looked this place up and have had a Salty Dog nearly every morning since. Nice atmosphere, gloriously warm, friendly baristas (the kind you mentally wish a nice day while you're traveling and have to substitute? anyone else?), and the really good eco-straws if you know where to look... While I do miss the sounds of the koi pond from their temporary location behind the hotel bar, their conveniently-located spot is fixed up nicely and gets everyone in and out with remarkable efficiency. Ten stars out of five. Dog friendly, so eleven.

I love the Dogtown on Main street so I thought I'd give this satellite a try. The coffee seems equivalent but sadly, the Munchies burrito (and I will assume the other breakfast burritos as well) is not good. The way they are making (storing?) them makes the tortilla "tacky", so much so that it actual sticks to the paper wrapping. I am assuming that they are premade vs made to order at the Main street store. The difference is very noticeable. Too bad. I won't be buying the munchies burrito again at the Fairmont kiosk.
