Poor hygiene, very unpleasant.I ordered the pizza and I was waiting and at that time I realized that the handling of the food is really disgusting (OF ALL THE STAFF) the girl in the box was assisting a customer who paid him with cash, she took it with her hand put it in the box and then went to the back and began to fill the food containers with her hands without having washed them and without using gloves.Then I asked one of the boys why they didn't wear gloves and he told me that the place didn't require it, what? I told him that it was impossible. I also replied that I had seen how the girl took out the pepperoni without gloves and with her hands dirty with money and he replied that she had washed them, which is a lie because I never lost sight of her.Poor hygiene, very unpleasant.I ordered the pizza and I stayed waiting and at that time I realized that the handling of the food is really disgusting (TO ALL THE STAFF) the girl at the cashier was serving a customer who paid her with cash, she He took it with his hand, put it in the box and then went to the back and started filling the food containers with his hands without having washed them and without wearing gloves.???Afterwards I asked one of the guys why they didn't use gloves and he replied that the place didn't require it, I told him it was impossible. Dominos….always delicious. I’ve never had a bad pizza from here. I always order through the app and have it delivered. Delivery is fast and the drivers are always nice. I also love how you can track through the app. Who ever built their app made it perfectly efficient and easy to use with a touch of humor and fun!

If you are ordering online be ware no one in the restaurant is wearing a hairnet. the guy taking orders and processing payments is going directly from taking orders and straight back to making pizzas and unnecessarily touching food as it comes from the oven. No one in the entire restaurant is wearing a hair net the girl cutting the pizzas uses her phone and puts it back in her pocket and return to cutting pizzas no hand washing in between plus her ponytail is swinging all around the food because again no one is wearing a hair net. The man transferring food from the oven is whistling all over food as he puts it in the box. I say all this to say they are unsanitary I’m disappointed with what I saw as I waited for my order.

The assistant manager and the delivery driver who delivered to 2700 Neilson way stole my money off my card. The fee was set to 27.52 and I woke up this morning saying my card was charged an extra $3 ! and the assistant manager is making ALOT of excuses when it comes to helping I know it's $3 but the point of it is DONT TIP OR CHARGE my card extras without permission ! I been calling all day and the workers have been saying the same thing the manager will be in at 6-7 one said 7-8 then the assistant manager said that all of a sudden the manager will not be in at all today

Absolutely astounding the impeccably terrible service that goes on over here. Cliche yelp review here but wow this needs negative ten stars. Made an order and used my "EmErgEnCy PiZzA" coupon, which mind you, is free. And after a complication with payment they refused to give me my free pizza. Called back to ask what's going on and to talk to a manager and was met with some bafoon telling me the manager doesn't want to talk and I won't get my pizza, nor will I get my coupon back. Leading to some ridiculously strenuous situation having to deal with a robot on the website that was surprisingly way more useful than the workers here. Which isn't much. At all. At least the robot wasn't a complete condescending, lack of customer service having, and genuinely rude group of imbeciles.God man, I'm writing this as I'm waiting for the pizza cause I'm hungry so yes I still got a pizza. But definitely gonna be the last one as I live .6 of a mile away from the store and it's gonna take 50 minutes? You for real right now? Like that's out of spite that they didn't want to give me this with out hassle. Got a pregnant girlfriend sobbing over here and soon I'm sure she's gonna turn on me. All jokes aside just abandon this spot y'all, go order from Pizza Hut or something. Like I'm not even going to get dominos anymore cause these guys decided "oh, I'm just gonna be completely unhelpful to a lovely couple who's bought pizza from us for like three years." Plus last time I ordered from them I got a piece of plastic in my wings and the manager said she would give me a refund and then I called for confirmation and she for no reason at all said she just doesn't want to do it anymore. If you have to add an item after placing your order online, make sure they let the driver know before he leaves with your food.I made an online order for delivery, and 5 minutes after placing my order, I called in to add a bottle of Coke. They told me the driver had yet to leave and that they would add it to my order.When the driver, Eric, arrived, he didn't have the Coke. He said no one told him I added an item after placing my order. He was kind enough to offer to go to a grocery store nearby and buy one for me. Thank you, Eric!He also showed up on time, and the pizza was hot and ready to eat.I love Domino's Pizza and the $5.99 coupon on their website. It's a great deal, and the pizza is delicious and fresh. I love their thin crust with red peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
