The Boba was nice and the cups are nice, but this place is a bit of a disappointment. A bit run down and I worry for people who try boba here for the first time... No cream and light on the milk too it seems. The drinks are so simple, you might as well just buy milk and tea yourself.

Came in at 1:30pm. This is 1 hr after opening.No boba and no black tea.No grapefruit tea...opted for lychee passion fruit that cost ~$8.Pricey for what it was IMO and a lot of items weren't available for a tea shop. High hopes but unfortunate outcome.

It's convenient and there's really no other boba nearby, but this place is too pricey and the flavor only ok for what you get. For more than $7 for a milk tea + topping, it better be freaking amazing tea. I'd only get this again if I were really desperate and couldn't get to Sawtelle for whatever reason.

I love drinking Boba at this place it is really good and the customer service is even better. If you’re in the Santa Monica area across the street from SMC Community College you should really look forward to having boba here. The guy is really hard working and makes really good drinks.
I love the passionfruit bubble tea with strawberry popping boba from here. The blonde girl that works there always has the nicest attitude and smile. Always will come back

Not impressed. We got the strawberry green tea and I expected the strawberry flavor to be real blended berries but it was a syrup.! :( also it was pretty dang pricey too for what it was.

Not good! Waste of $30! I ordered 4 Boba teas, they were out of Boba!. Ended up ordering matcha blended and it tasted like matcha without sweetener and the milk tea we ordered was very watery, we ended up throwing them all away. Also, the young guy that worked there was on the phone the whole time!
