We stopped by this place to have donuts. It was not busy. The guy at the counter asked us to punch in our order through the console, which we did. After we paid and waited for our order the guy at the counter casually informed us that nothing we ordered was available. Maybe he could have told us earlier? After a while management came to apologize and let us know I'd be refunded. So out we went having eaten nothing, complete waste of time in that dirty place (ladies room had poop all over, very nice). Once home I found out they didn't even refunded the whole expense, are you crooks or what ?
Teamwork makes the dream work, the morning rush is sometimes busy here but the staff is always very accommodating and hard at work. Great coffee and fresh donuts as well as savory breakfast sandwiches to get your day started!

Customer service here is Mid. Both times I got a latte there was coffee grounds in my drink and it tasted bad. There was a lady in front of me complaining about getting coffee grounds as well. The donuts look and taste old. The good part is that the store is nice and clean!
