We stopped by this place to have donuts. It was not busy. The guy at the counter asked us to punch in our order through the console, which we did. After we paid and waited for our order the guy at the counter casually informed us that nothing we ordered was available. Maybe he could have told us earlier? After a while management came to apologize and let us know I'd be refunded. So out we went having eaten nothing, complete waste of time in that dirty place (ladies room had poop all over, very nice). Once home I found out they didn't even refunded the whole expense, are you crooks or what ?

Customer service here is Mid. Both times I got a latte there was coffee grounds in my drink and it tasted bad. There was a lady in front of me complaining about getting coffee grounds as well. The donuts look and taste old. The good part is that the store is nice and clean!

Shame really! Great brand and great coffee. The food was actually pretty good too. But when it’s 6:52, and someone is mid order, you just don’t tell them you close in 8mins. You then don’t tell them, “this is all I got,” pointing but not even saying what it even is that you have left… without so much as a smile. If you don’t want to be there, at least act like you do, and watch how successful you become.

Sunday, May 12: 10:40am, they give me a piece of toast that is not toasted, it is untoasted bread, I ask them to toast it and they tell me that it is not possible, then that it is possible and they give it to me the same or softer. A lack of respect and disgusting avocado toast “””toast””” (fake, it is not toast). Very bad attention, terrible.
The employees were recently changed and it is impossible to receive the correct order, they got the drink I chose wrong twice and in the end, unable to wait any longer, which was already over 30 minutes, with the store empty, I asked for a voucher for the drink and they didn't they knew what it was or what they should do.

I went into this location a couple weeks ago and ordered a coffee and a sandwich the coffee was okay, however the sandwich was burnt! When I brought the sandwich back, I asked; why would you think it is okay to give me a sandwich like this? I think this location keep switching ownerships!
