I’ve had hit or misses with this place. The good times were great! But the customer service is off sometimes. Seems unfair to customers. Like others have said in their reviews, they have closed early without ANY notice or update on Google or anywhere else.

I like to drive out to Santa Monica from Lakewood sometimes it takes an hour for me and this used to be one of my stops. I don’t waste my time and gas anymore. Really inconsistent customer service. Last time I went there was 3 workers and NOT ONE acknowledged my existence. They didn’t say at the very least “it will be a few minutes I’ll be right with you” or nothing. I even stepped back to not get too close to the counter to be polite. I was patient and waited but I then left. It is so incredibly rude. I get if you guys are busy, but mind you there was no line at all. please acknowledge your customers, that is customer service 101. It was an awful and embarrassing feeling not being acknowledged. And again please be consistent with hours or fix what is displayed on your Google hours. They refused service during open hours, it was not a holiday or anything. Not even a physical sign display. The group of workers just dismissed me.

Great smoothies but the workers are not very kind. There was 20 minutes left until closing and the woman working the front essentially refused to place my order and complained that she has already cleaned everything. I walked away without ordering, disappointing overall.

I ordered to the wrong location - totally my fault. But when I’m paying $18 for 1 smoothie, I’d expect above and beyond customer service. The person behind the desk could have offered to make my drink there instead of making me drive 25 minutes away to the other location. When I asked if she could transfer my order over, so said I’d need to call and get a refund then repurchase there. Again, I totally understand the mistake was on me, but you had the opportunity to make my experience a positive, memorable one and chose not to

I ordered an acai bowl, the girl at the checkout asked my name and said she would call me by name, my husband and I waited 13 minutes, no one called us by name or even said that the bowl was ready. After 13 minutes, my husband came to the checkout and asked if the acai bowl was ready, to which the guy took an already melted acai bowl out of the refrigerator and said that it was already ready ... guys, are you kidding? I paid 18 dollars for a melted acai bowl that didn't even have a taste, and the girl who took the order (I think she was an American Indian) was rude and unfriendly. The service is terrible, the employees are terrible. I walked 10 minutes to this place because everything was always super, the location on Santa Monica is the worst. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
