We went to the bar and waited and waited. 40 minutes later, went to see how much longer it would be and they said that 2 other parties were before us. Very poor reservation management! Avoid for the mid food and uncaring service.

I've never written a restaurant review before, but the service here was incredibly disappointing. We arrived five minutes before our reservation, and the host told us our table wasn't ready and that they'd come get us at the bar. No one came. After 15 minutes, we checked again and were told to wait a little longer. Ten minutes after that, we complained to another host, who didn't even look at me and only asked for my name without a single apology. We were finally seated after waiting over 20 minutes. Service was slow, and by then our expectations were already gone. About an hour and a half into our meal, we ordered another bottle of wine. A few minutes later, the server returned to tell us we needed to free up the table in ten minutes. We were never told there was a time limit neither when we made the reservation nor when we were seated. By that point, we were completely done. We canceled the wine and left. This restaurant seriously needs to rethink its service and operations. The food was decent, but there are plenty of places with food just as good and far better service. My friends and I won't be coming back.

Really excellent food and service. Not just a hotspot and place to see and be seen but quality food, cocktails and wine list. The whipped eggplant dip, meatball apps and the three pizzas we got were outstanding. Worth the struggle to get a reservation.

I never leave reviews but we got our outdoor table bumped for a birthday celebration because a football team came in after we waited 25 minutes past our original reservation time. The pizza was basically soup because it was 96% sauce. The pasta was good but I'm not sure if it was enough to get me to go back. 3/10 experience unfortunately.

Excellent food! Stand out was the fresh pasta for sure. I'm sure any of them are a good choice, but I would recommend the squash agnelotti and the vodka sauce pasta. A little loud, but good for groups.
Our server was very attentive and made sure to ask about other onion allergies for my friend dining with us. Food was delish-as always.

It's almost a joke that they have a Michelin sign outside. Yes, they might have had a mention for some odd reason (maybe the sunset?), but the food is so plain and so not worth it. I doubt that there even was pear in our pear salad. I can't cook, but even I could make better food . Oh, and if you order the crispy potatoes? It's french fries. Pretty much says everything.

“Stay a while?” I never usually add text to a review. But in this case, I feel I have to. Elephante is a prime example of: "How to destroy the ambiance and feel-good atmosphere with absolutely excessive noise levels. Music that is far too loud, noise from the staff setting the tables and moving the chairs. With the very friendly service, we could only shout. A private conversation at the table was out of the question. We ate quickly and were glad to get out. It's a shame about the restaurant's potential.
