My favorite is strawberry shortcake! It’s so good, slightly too sweet but tastes amazing

I’ve been to the Erin McKenna’s in Orlando, Florida, and I have to admit that this Santa Monica location is even better with the inclusion of savory options like the ABSOLUTELY amazing vegan breakfast sandwich! The donuts are to die for, too! Don’t skip out on this gem of a bakery!

Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan! What more could you ask for?

Dietary restrictions: It’s food allergy heaven!! They’re incredibly conscious of dietary restrictions!!

Yuckie. Very dry pastries, I go to the NYC location all the time and have never gotten served old, dry pastries

Everything is gluten free! ? We got a Samoan donut and a chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting. The Samoan donut was amazing! Seriously. 5 stars. The thick coconut shavings… the soft donut.. delicious! The chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting was ok. Nothing special in my opinion. 3/5.But the Samoan donut was so good it made the whole experience a 5/5 still!

I might be partial since I tend not to like GF baked goods but I just haven't found anything that good here. Everything is dry or overly sweet or weirdly textured. To me their baked goods taste "vegan and gluten free" instead of not being able to tell the difference

We found this bakery on a whim in the morning when I was starving. So happy to see an all vegan and gluten free place to eat. This is a super cute establishment. They keep it very clean and super welcoming. They are dog friendly which made it an even better experience since we had our pup with us. The service was superb— she was so patient with me since it was my first time there. She explained anything I had questions about. They have food items, but the bakery is next level. I got the breakfast sandwich that was good, but I struggled a little bit with the mung bean on it— not used to it— but it is all made in house and was super tasty. Their sausage on it had such great flavor and really made this breakfast sandwich delicious— it comes on a house made biscuit. We got the lemon blueberry cake—this was absolutely delish and moist! My pup was loving it too! We also got the blueberry donut and a veggie bomb biscuit to go. I had the donut with coffee later and it was moist and yummy. I had the biscuit the next day and it held up nicely with a reheat, and was very flavorful. While we were there, we got coffee as well and they were both okay— not my favorite though. All in all, definitely should try if you’re in the area and have dietary restrictions like me.

Parking: Parking lot is next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We found free parking there no problem.

Dietary restrictions: This is an all vegan and gluten free place.

I was disappointed about my experience here. I thought that I had stumbled across a vegan gem. A cute little diner that offered a taste of the US. Unfortunately instead I came across a tacky, unclean and poorly executed space. It didn't feel warm or comfortable, and the staff didn't make an effort to provide that feeling either. Nevertheless we stayed and tried it. Our coffee wasn't great whilst the food (of which there was not much choice) was very heavy and kinda tasteless. The cake looked nice but after our brunch we were put off. We left feeling disappointed and frustrated. It's such a shame and I don't like leaving reviews like this for independent places. I hope that things have improved by the time you visit.

Ooof. Disappointing bc we heard great things. Staff was so nasty and rude for no reason. Def wouldn’t come back or recommend. Would give zero stars if i could. Sorry.

Shockingly less then average- gluten, dairy, egg, soy and taste free. I would have said something but since we came here for a happy occasion I just left to never come back.

I am not impressed. It was absolutely over priced for no reason, the cupcakes were hard and not fresh. Furthermore, the gentleman behind the counter was not helpful or friendly.
