We are pretty sure we got whole milk instead of almond (as requested) as we are lactose intolerant and had stomach issues all day after drinking their cappuccino.

Popular coffee place on the weekend. Much quieter on weekdays. The barista on the weekend made me a great matcha. The one who made me one today Monday wasn’t as good. There was matcha powder at the bottom. Apparently he didn’t whisk the matcha powder properly… We had almond croissant on both visits. A bit too sweet but not bad.

The ambience I like, but I’m a coffee person and the coffee is the most important thing in coffee shop. They got goody equipment but don’t make good use of it. I think Baristas change and maybe not trained well sometimes. Some with good attitude and some really tired☺️

Came here a while ago, stood behind 2 ppl in line for 10 minutes. When i get up to the counter, a guy who was standing on the other side cut in front of me and when i said i was waiting, the cashier very flatly and emotionless said "the line was there". Where? There was no sign, and you saw me standing the whole time and didnt say anything? Such a rude interaction. I got horrible anxiety and left

Considering how much I paid for the coffee with a tip I do not recommend it. It's clean , nice music. That's it. I said I'm staying, I gave a tip. Later on someone called my name so quiet that no one could hear. They gave me a paper cup. Eh.

Great coffee and a chill spot. I would like to try the food next time, but only had time to come in and grab a macchiato.

Great coffee. But the barista was very visibly annoyed when I politely said I had ordered a cappuccino and not an espresso. Not sure where the breakdown occurred since the person I ordered with confirmed that I wanted hazelnut in my cappuccino (which I never did receive). Would have been 5 star without the attitude.

On my second visit to your restaurant, the amount of my order was debited twice due to a system error. I reported the incident directly, but initially received no support. Later, I was only advised to contact my credit card company, without a solution being offered on the spot. I think this is a shame as I otherwise found your restaurant very pleasant. I hope that you will find a better way of dealing with such situations in the future.
