Amazing experience last night. Blown away by the attention to detail with decor and the food was awesome! Came hungry left full
Food is delicious, excellent portions, presentation, and great value. Cocktails and desserts are outstanding too!
Love to come to this restaurant whenever I'm in SM. Great food, wonderful service and really good wine list. Def recommend!
We celebrated my husband's birthday there. Everything was so delicious and service was amazing.
The food was ok I think my expectations were too high. The Ceasar salad was just OK it was just lettuce and croutons and they didn't offer us pepper. The potatoe Augratin was just a morsel actually the caviar was more than the potatos. The shishimi was average. The steak was good tender kind of juicy, seasoned but it was uniformly round which made me think it was processed. The lemon tart was very good. I felt the the price point of $110 was a little high
Can't say enough great things about Fia Steak. I booked a reservation here to celebrate an anniversary dinner with my girlfriend. The experience was 15/10. Sean was our bartender & server for our meal. Sean made sure every detail was on point, drinks were never empty and his menu suggestions were stellar. As someone who never tried caviar before I must say the ahi tuna cigars were amazing. Traditional Cesar salad was crunchy and dressed perfectly. Our steak was Michelin star worthy. Fia Steak will be a new regular spot for us in the future. Ask for Sean when you go! Shout out to the manager as well for gifting us a couple glasses of wine to try! We will remember this experience for years to come!
The bartender loves his job and you can tell. Wonderful drinks on the menu or they will accommodate whatever you ask for. The food was delicious. Steaks cooked to perfection. Thank you
Excellent service, Jeffery was great explaining the options and making sure food came out on time and excellent
This was our first time at Fia and we loved it! We sat in the Grill Room at the chef's table (right next to the grill) which is always fun. The service was top notch, and the food was incredible. We got the tuna cigars for appetizers (amazing presentation), the NY Steak and Rib Eye Cap, and a chocolate soufflé. All incredible. I think our favorite was the NY Steak- the cut was very different than what you'd expect elsewhere and it came out so tender. Rib rye cap is not something you see on most menus so we had to try that as well. So good! 10/10 recommend and we are looking forward to coming back soon.
Easily one of the best dinner experiences we have had in Southern California. Everything was incredible.

Absolutely outstanding top to bottom. Food, service, ambience, just amazing. Can't wait to come back.
One of the best meals of my life in a really playful, sophisticated setting. The food was focused perfection. The service was relaxed excellence. Just the right amount of humor amount of humor was infused into the night, with loads of guest centered professionalism. This is a place I will return to when I want something truly special.

Wonderful staff. So pleasant and energetic. We had the Branzino, ordered the Tasting Menu, Cavetelli pasta, and caesar salad. Their desserts are amazing. Ordered their Hennessy X.O old fashioned - so delicious.
To be fair, when we first arrived the room we sat in was lovely. All but two couples were dressed appropriately for a Michelin-rated restaurant. Noise level not too loud. A mother and daughter sat next to us on our right -- about a foot away. A part of six to our diangle from our left. However they left and soon a table of eight boisterous men were seated diangle to our right and two very loud - need to out-impress young ladies who didn't seem to have any other word in their vocabulary but f--k next to us. The noise level was so bad we couldn't hear each other. The service was lovely, except we said we'd like to order wine after finishing our cocktails and the server said she would bring us the menu. It never came. So we never did order wine. Our water glasses were re-filled promply. The other issue I have with the server is we felt "encouraged" to order the tasting menu since it was our first time here. Our nephew and neice raved about this place. And we thought good idea to do the tasting menu. BIG MISTAKE. It's $99 and I left there feeling as if I didn't even have dinner. The appetizer was the right amount. The Caesar salad was about five bites and a piece of bread...the filet was probably two ounces, which I asked for it medium - I know never order medium in a restaurant like this but it didn't matter because it came rare, which I gave to my husband. It came with one-inch by one-inch of thinly slice of au gratin potatoe -- no joke. The dessert wasn't anything spectacular. Total bill was just undr $300 and afterwards we went to a fastfood restaurant which was much more satisfying. As I said, the server was very polite, but really should have told us how small the portions were. I'm only a size 0 and as I said was quite hungry afterward. Fia was such a disappointment and our nephew kept apologizing for recommending it. He dud said "I should have warned you not to do the tasting menu." So perhaps that's the issue. But we won't be back, so I'll never know.
We sat outside on a Rainy Day. It was fun, the food was great, but 3 of us got wet. But still with love FIA Steak. It's one of the Top Tier Steak Houses in the area.
