Customers enjoy bold Parmesan, 10-year-aged cheddar that melts in the mouth, and the coconut Gouda from Holland as surprise hits. The French triple cream is a personal favorite. The cheese wheel pasta and plant-based options are highlights, with the mixed greens appetizer and lightly sautéed vegetables being delightful surprises.
