Fresh Brothers Pizza Santa Monica

We had perfect timing, with only one person ahead of us in line. My son ordered a cheese pizza for two, and he said it was good—though a bit pricey, it was still reasonable. The atmosphere was cool and casual, reminiscent of a deli. The restrooms were clean as well. There is free parking available, and it’s child-friendly, with high chairs provided.

I ordered the garlic pesto, which was delicious and well-seasoned. A standout surprise was the fountain drink selection; our favorite was the strawberry dragonfruit. I made a mix of lemonade and dragonfruit, which was fantastic!

This was my first time visiting Fresh Brothers, but I know it won’t be my last. #KeepGoingOAM

I'm in the middle of the road with my selection of food. I had the pasta with marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. There was not enough marinara sauce for me. The house salad was your typical house, which I was fine with. The salad dressing was the vinaigrette. This restaurant is in a great location with meter street parking. The restaurant is clean with a drink station with unlimited refills. I think I will stick with the pizza and wings.

Ordered pizza for delivery. It was way overcooked! I called and they told me they have been experimenting with their ovens to get pizzas out faster. Well they experimented on my pizza and it was overcooked, browned and almost inedible. When I called they told me about the “oven experiment” and offered 20% off …not good enough. The pizza was so disappointing I’m likely not ordering from them again.

This was the only pizza I ordered for a while, the quality was somewhat inconsistent, but sometimes it really hit the mark. My last order ever came when I ordered through door dash and it showed up an a big smashed ball of inedible goop. Door dash offered me a $4 refund on a $60 dollar pizza. I understand that this may not be Fresh Brothers fault, but they didn’t even offer to take it up with door dash. Just a short email saying they won’t take responsibility since I ordered through a third party. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just, some sort of action. I’ve definitely spent $1k+ with this company and will never order it again.

The service and kind workers are great. The Pizza is fresh, hot, good and brings the family together. The delivery service is on point as well, fast, and always on time. We love the home vibe we get......the Jackson family.

Good service, good deals, it just unfortunate that their TVs are off most of the time now. Kills the atmosphere a bit. Makes it less inviting to dine in.

Way too expensive for what looks and taste like frozen pizza. The deep dish looked like it wasn’t even cooked all the way either

Pizza is very yummy, pricing is a bit high

Have been 3 times. Today was my last. Cashier is never friendly. This time, the personal pizza took 25 minutes (there were only 2 other people in). There was barely any cheese. The crust tasted/felt stale. Cashier was on the laptop the whole time.

If a customer is eating in, you should give/bring them their side salad first while they wait.

It was the worst experience ever. We came here to order 2 pizzas and one tender. After paying, the cashier told us we would have to wait 15 minutes. After more than 25 minutes, we still hadn't received our pizzas. When we asked when they would be ready, nobody responded appropriately. They continued to deliver takeout pizzas but nothing for dine-in orders, despite it not being a busy time. In the end, after 30 minutes, we canceled our order, and they didn't even apologize. The staff was rude. I don't recommend this place at all.

Food is decent, but expect to be waiting for your pickup order for at least 30 minutes AFTER they say it’ll be ready. Has happened to me the last 3 times I’ve ordered, might have to find a different place for the future.

Called and guy on phone repeatedly offered some deals and then when attempting to confirm final order couldn’t figure it out. Ended up just ordering online, came in to pick up and was waiting cuz they were on phone with customer who’s order they messed up. Got home and opened pizzas to discover they also messed my order up. They were unwilling to cancel + refund order or give discount, instead saying my only option was to come back to store to return incorrect order and pickup correct order. Very displeased and will not be returning despite being a year long customer.
