Great food, noisy, informal but very friendly atmosphere

Friendly service with a smile and flavorful food delivered from a walk-up counter. Pinic table seating provided in the courtyard that the shop borders in the Brentwood Country Mart. My beef enchilada with red sauce was a bit smallish, but only $7. Sodas come with free refills, which is a nice bonus. About an 8 minute wait for food with no line for ordering. Environment is bustling with families on a Sunday evening.

I usually love this place but had such an awful experience today.
I ordered some grilled veggies and an enchilada combo. I let them know I am gluten free, and the lady at the counter just rolled her eyes/laughed and said everything was already gluten free. I’m feeling pretty sick after eating lunch there today, so I am definitely concerned they don’t take allergies and cross contamination very seriously, especially given her attitude. Also the grilled veggies were barely cooked and tasted like dirt.
Will be awhile before I come back here.

We placed order. It was a bit hard to hear so we had to ask a couple of times. Grabbed a seat and waited for the little buzzer thing to ring to pickup our order. I ordered crispy tacos and got soft tacos. We also ordered guacamole and chips but that didn’t some with our order and had to go back up to get it. As we’re eating, realized that they didn’t give us our drink order and had to go up a third time. The carnitas portion was generous. Just wish that our order came out all at once.

STAY AWAY. Somehow spent $50 for the WORST Mexican food I’ve ever had in my entire life, including East Coast Mexican food where they don’t even believe in salsa or hot sauce. Took 30-40 minutes to come out. The order was WRONG. They forgot our chips. The soup is literally enchilada sauce. The fish was floppy. Fries had a weird flavor. Fries! Horrible. Awful. I don’t know how this scam of a restaurant exists.

Fridas tacos is some of the best Mexican in the area! The crispy taco combo is my go-to but I also love the carne asada nachos. Prices are good & good comes out fast. Definitely more busy on the weekends and parking is scare, highly recommend coming for lunch on a weekday!

If a place says they open at 11 I expect it to be open, not to be standing at there till 1105 and they’re still trying to get everything set to open

They don't print you a receipt and then adjust the total to their liking. It happened both to me and my friend.
Also, the food is below average, I paid close to 6 dollars for a shrimp taco that was literally two shrimps and for the rest just soaked in tomatoes. Couldn't even eat it with my hands as it was just extremely wet.

Best vegetarian tacos in Los Angeles. The flour tortilla with cooked black beans, zucchini and carrots is amazing.

I used to come here on a weekly basis to get my breakfast burrito, but today they decided that they won’t serve the burrito past 2, even though i was in line before 2 and got to the cashier at 1:57. Terrible service - unfortunate.
