Overall it is a great place, but I would not go back and would only recommend to someone if they are ok with big flavor, but small portions. It’s a small fine dining Italian restaurant across the street from the beach with dim lighting and delicious food. The pasta dishes and tiramisu were fantastic. Fresh pasta and house made tiramisu. No issues at all with quality or flavor because that was all there. My issue(like a few of the other reviews I read) is with their comically small portion sizes. I left hungry after spending $100 on 2 pasta dishes, tiramisu, and a $12 drink. If I’m paying $30 for a plate of pasta with no protein in it, then I expect to get a decent amount of pasta. The plate doesn’t even look complete because there’s not enough sauce to cover the bottom.
The best pasta in Los Angeles. Chic and relaxed atmosphere. Easy parking with valet. Always a pleasure to come and have dinner when we are passing through.

Everything was amazing. The setting is quiet and intimate. Our waiter was courteous and knowledgeable, making great recommendations for each course. I had fallen out of love with Italian food years ago. This restaurant reignited that flame!

We dined here based on a friend's recommendation during our visit, and we were not disappointed. The food was exceptional, the service was top-notch, and the people-watching was a fun bonus. We left wishing we could return the following night, but unfortunately, they were closed on Mondays. We'll definitely be back – it's easy to see why this spot is a favorite of the stars.

I really do want to support local restaurants, especially in that area of town that has been devastated by fires. The food was generally good and I can't complain about the service. But I really just wrote this review because I have a major problem with restaurants like this that put entrees on the menu that are really just appetizers. And to make matters worse, the waiter warned us that the pasta dishes were very small and recommended we order 1.5 portions each. So we did. What we got still wouldn't fill up a child -- and that was over $40 per entrée for pasta! Look, times are tough and if you have to charge a higher price for entrees, then do it. But NEVER, and I mean NEVER, deliver tiny entrees to your customers for these prices and let them walk away hungry.
