This morning it was raining, and I accidentally spilled my coffee while grabbing my umbrella. I’m very grateful to the two staff members who helped me during that embarrassing moment—one immediately cleaned up the mess, and the other quickly prepared a new cup of coffee for me. Your kindness and service truly warmed my heart.

I work in an office and make coffee orders for roughly ten people. Every single time I come here, I am given attitude, head-shaking, and complaints under the barista’s breath. THIS TIME, he banged the counter with his fist and raised his voice to me saying that I should call the order in, it’s going to take a while. I’m not concerned about the time, I just want to make the order. Of all the coffee shops I’ve ordered at, I’ve never been mistreated for having a large order. The level of ignorance and disrespect is baffling. A weak attitude and a weak work ethic. I never want to step foot in this place again.

Iced Dakota all day!
This b&m is another well branded coffee locale like La La yada yada and Luxe don't forget I'm pretentious and Alfred's in the real estate business not coffee business, Go Get Em goes after anyone who thinks good coffee is served lukewarm at 120 and tastes like your having a mocktail instead of the real thing, if you don't want to wake up and like your coffee on the soon to be cool side and want to pay a lot for a small cup this is your go to place.

This place is ok, I normally love their drink selection. I got the HLP location. However, my issue is the music that gets played here, I am Black and most of times I’ve been buying here, I am the only Black person (staff included); however the last 3 times I was in there I was forced to hear the N word repeatedly via the shop played. I was very uncomfortable the first time, confused the 2nd time, And now angered at the third time. Please start playing the edited/radio version or please stop playing these harmful songs. Highly offensive and unsafe. Please make this change Immediately!

Glad they are back! The breakfast burrito has the tots again. Thank you. Definitely my favorite breakfast burrito in Santa Monica.

The baristas were super friendly and suggested a variety of options. I really enjoyed the turmeric latte! It has no caffeine, but I added a shot of coffee because I wanted some, and it turned out so delicious—earthy and healthy! My friend had a fresh orange juice.
The coffee shop had outlets and spaces to work with our laptops, which was a bonus. Parking was conveniently located right in front of the coffee shop.
Although they close at 4 p.m. on Sundays, I’m so glad we went and discovered this unique drink. If you’re into healthy drinks, you must try the turmeric latte—10/10. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately witnessed a GM having an unpleasant sit-down with 2 employees about their conflict at a table next to me, not even a foot away. Right among their customers. So much for enjoying my Sunday coffee. How incredibly GAUCHE.
Used to be a regular. For some reason, they removed their plant based burrito. Haven’t eaten here since.
It’s 2024 and the vegan breakfast is just a salad or overnight oats, zero pastries.

I used to tell everyone this was one of the best breakfast burritos in town. Sadly that’s no longer the case. 1 - the Tofu Scramble is discontinued. This was a unique and very tasty burrito. 2 - they replaced the crispy hash browns with soggy potatoes.
It’s not a cheap place but it used to be really good. I’m not sure it adds up now.
