We absolutely love coming here & getting a healthy nourishing frozen treat on! The Quality of the ingredients are high & divine - know you will be paying for that. If you get a large frozen yogurt :) like I do topped w berries expect to pay $20+ - I think is a really good meal option, easy to digest, healthy & delicious! We live further away from here & I have come here THREE TIMES ALREADY DURING OPEN BUSINESS HOURS & IT WAS JUST RANDOMLY CLOSED - this part of the business is not run well & is unreliable. I have sadly wasted more than 2 hours total just to drive here & have to drive back home again. This part ; being just closed randomly within open business hours is really not good & extremely inconsiderate- especially to LOYAL FANS that will drive quite far just to get some frozen yogurt! Please address this GO GREEK OWNER!! Otherwise we love you… & hope we can continue too… yet yesterday I was there again & it was just closed & the sign on the door just said “clo” ??? Is this business run by a Richie Rich kid disguised as an adult?

Amazing yogurt. Rude unprofessional service. My first time at Go Greek I was so excited only to have the staff member roll her eyes and not look me in the face when I asked why she was being so aggressive. Truly saddens me but I will go to another location before enduring that again.

Amazing yogurt: horrible service. Beyond rude and unprofessional staff... will have to go to another location as I can not endure after working all day and then spending 15 bucks on yogurt (which I was beyond excited to try) to have some girl roll her eyes and walk away from me when I ask a question. Like I said, the yogurt is AMAZING. The staff working tonight HORRIBLE. So glad they respect nurses coming off a shift and treat them so poorly.

Could not have worse service at this location. Tons of attitude from the workers when I was being perfectly nice and polite

Ridiculous service. Requested a sample cup and the staff noted that's not available. Requested a spoon to serve less than a dollop worth of a flavor and was told that's not available. Then being told i could only get a spoon after i pay. Being able to sample yogurt should not be restricted. On top of that the tone in which both requests were denied was not customer friendly. Left with nothing but disappointment.

Order is never ready when ordered online Staff is rude Why bother ordering if they can't figure out how to make a yogurt

I love this place but we came at 9:30pm on a Friday and they were closed. I am not one to complain but this is unacceptable for a business not to honor their hours. We made the effort to drive , in LA, to support your business. Just please let us know new hours if there are any. #stayopen

Yogurt is OK. Service is awful. We finished our desserts and needed to use the bathroom before our ride home, but it was 9:00pm on the dot and the employee said the bathroom was now closed. She also remarked to the other employees that they were closed now. I've been coming for 5 years, but can't go back.

Wow the service is so terrible it makes me laugh. Would you like me to tip you for waking up for the day? Such a shame because their yogurt is delicious.

Unprecedented Disappointment: Rude Employee, Early Closures, and a Long Drive Night of 2/3/24 As someone who has worked in the food industry for many years, I've never felt compelled to leave a review like this. My recent experiences at Go Greek have been disheartening and stand out as a disappointing departure from my expectations. This marks the second occasion where I've driven over 40 minutes to arrive around 11-11:30 pm, well within the 12 am closing time, only to find the doors locked. The frustration compounds when coupled with the rude behavior of the employee inside, who refused entry despite the store still being open. In my years in the industry, I've never encountered such a consistent pattern of premature closures and dismissive treatment. It's disheartening to see a place I once enjoyed tarnished by these experiences. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, ensuring that the quality of service matches the reputation Go Greek deserves.

This is probably the location with the worst and rudest service I’ve ever experienced. The 3 times I visited to get a smoothie, I was told each time that they didn’t have the blender. The curly hair girl was so rude each visit, talking down to me in a condescending tone and telling me to go to a different store because she didn’t want to wash the blender. When I finally insisted the last visit that I’ll wait for her to wash the blender, she was insanely crass and horrible in her behaviour. She told me that my order of a plain tart smoothie (which is my usual order every time and I’ve had no problem ordering) does not work and that it’s too thick (because she doesn’t know that smoothies use milk and ice so I had to tell her). She then continued to shame my drink choice and was just so insanely rude while I was still trying to be courteous back. I don’t know how GoGreek allows this type of customer service but their young wait staff definitely needs to be trained better. I’m not sure what “word class customer service” means to them. I love the yogurt here but I’m never coming back again if I see her in there.

So sick and tired of this place not taking Apple Pay and their debit machine card working only sometimes. I work near by and come here often, this is starting to get so ridiculous that I AM SO GLAD EVERY TIME I HAVE TO LEAVE BEHIND my already served yogurt IT PROBABLY GOES TO WASTE. How expensive could it possibly be to fix that little machine? I’ve watched other customers STRUGGLE to pay because their debit card won’t work as TAP or w/ the chip. At one point, the only working register didn’t take Apple Pay, debit tab, chip OR CASH LOL What an embarrassment for the owners of the company .. I will continue to check if Apple Pay , happy leaving behind an already served yogurt:)
