Located in food court in Santa Monica. Not many Mongolian BBQ places left in town. I used to visit the one in Topanga Canyon mall when I lived in Woodland Hills. Large portions,lots of veggies,tofu, beef and choice of chili oil , sesame seed oil or whatever else you would like. The staff is friendly and noodles are always fulfilling. We ordered #1 combo x3 $13.49 each with tax $44.62 plus tip and it was more than plenty for 4 adults-:) I pray establishments like these make it through this difficult times. Please support this small business because not many of them left. FYI if you are a vegetarian you can ask them to cook your food separate without contamination and they will accommodate you by cleaning the grill ( while u watch) and cooking your noodles, choice of veggies and tofu before other customers-:) This has been my personal experienced!

My fav go/to for lunch. The gentlemen on the wok are always great at what they do, moreso than the register workers. Overall, foods great. A little expensive but you do get a lot.

You can't find Mongolian BBQ very much anymore. This place is in the food court of Santa Monica Place and is worth finding. The price is good and they have a great selection of meats and especially great selection of veggies and tofu. Big plus - you can get zucchini noodles instead of regular noodles. When we went they had run out but I will go again for sure just to try them !

I'm giving this place three stars because the food was actually really good, but the service was horrible. They make you pay before you start gathering up your food for them to cook for you, they don't give you any instruction as to how it all works, and they didn't tell us their spiralizer was broken so after I had picked all of the veggies I wanted they told me that there were no zucchini noodles and the only other option was egg/wheat noodles and I'm gluten intolerant. The boys that were cooking the food were very non-communicative and dumped this brown liquid all over my veggies without even asking if I wanted that or water. Turns out the brown liquid has some kind of gluten in it because my stomach was cramping all that night and the next day. Again, the food itself was good, but the process can use a little work.

What a cool idea.. Like ben e hana in a food Court. Food was great and watching them make it was awesome. I couldnt even finish half so go hungry.. Your gonna get plenty of food

I love Mongolian BBQ! This place is always delicious! It's hard to find a good Mongolian bbq place but this my by far my favorite. I like that here they let you put everything you want in your bowl first then they put everything on the grill, then add all the noodles or rice. At some places they add the noodles on top right away and then nothing fits. Employees are always nice. My food is always delicious.

Great Khan's Mongolian Grill provides the worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever eaten at. If I could rate this establishment a negative star, I would. My family ordered, and paid for our dinner, only to be told that they were out of rice. How can a Mongolian restaurant run out of rice??? To make the experience worse, they refused to refund our money. We had not received the food at the time, nor ever received our refund. If I could offer the owner of this business any words of advice, it would be to FIRE MELISSA. She was the rudest person we have EVER dealt with and represents your company horribly. We will never eat at Great Khan's Mongolian Grill again.
