Was so excited to see a Handel's arrive in my town and they delivered! My favorite flavor the blueberry cobbler was fantastic especially on that waffle cone. Maddy the wonderful woman who took my order was super kind and a joy to talk to, she even pointed out some other future favorite flavors I will try my next visits!

Big difference between this location in Santa Monica and the one in Pasadena where there are multiple employees working… Not just one person running the entire operation.
The lack of enthusiasm and motivation to process more than one order every 10 minutes is staggering. The ice cream exceptional.

I was driving by and noticed the shop so I decided to stop by. Upon taking the first bite I knew this was probably some of the best ice cream I’ve had. My fiancée also thought the same. Really pleased with the richness of the ice cream.

This is my favorite local ice cream shop! It truly feels like home! Favorite flavor is strawberry cheesecake. Regular customer here.

Excellent ice cream! Love my gelato but this ice cream is equally as rich. Faves are pistacho, mint chocolate chip, chocolate chunk, and butter pecan

It can get very busy. Be patient and you will get your ice-cream.

I was so excited to check this place out while visiting town with a friend, but was unfortunately let down. The woman who took my order was really friendly (wish I got her name; I think she had blonde hair!) but once my friend and I got our ice cream (small cup each), we were confused as to the obvious discrepancy between our two small scoops. We went back to the window to clarify that we both got a small scoop, and the two men working were incredibly dismissive and the tone was really disrespectful, with no acknowledgment of the very obvious difference of scoop sizes. Do not see myself going back anytime soon due to the contemptuous attitude my friend and I received by the men.

I had such high expectations for this ice cream, but they didn’t deliver. I couldn’t taste the banana flavor in the banana ice cream. It’s exceedingly difficult to eat there on a hot day standing in the parking lot with no shade. With the prices they charge, you would think they could afford an appropriate area to sit and enjoy. Epic failure for me.

Waited in line for half an hour and they didn’t even finish one order during that whole time. We decided to just go somewhere else.

This place is amazing. My new favorite ice cream in LA. Who are these misanthropes giving them 3 or fewer stars??! I’m convinced they are the same people who hand out raisins for Halloween. My only “complaint” is that the flavors don’t seem to change much, at least for delivery. There are SO many flavors on their website that I don’t think have yet been available in this store, so I’d love to see them carry more of those. In the meantime, Monkey Business is my go-to!
