Expensive and dry... Was glad they had a vegetarian option at all, but I definitely wouldn't come back. The workers were all really friendly but my food took over 20 minutes to come out, and was a disappointment once it did.

Great burger! I traveled from Orange County to try Hiho, worth it! Fresh ingredients the Matty sauce was great as well.

I ordered the classic one and.. what a burger! The meat was just as it has to be, it doesn’t need anything else, the bread feels just good. The fries were also perfect! Be sure to make the hamburger triple, it is quite small. Great hamburger

Excellent burger for a great price.
The best part, though, is that the restaurant has actually taken a stand as a no-tipping establishment. How cool is that?! If only we could all stop pretending that we're offering something extra for service when actually restaurants just use it as an excuse to pay their staff less.
We was visiting Santa Monica and this came up as a recommendation. Everything we ordered was spot on and just delicious. Definitely worth a try and once you have had it you will go back again. Cheers to the gentleman who recommended the right kinda fries to order.

GM said we couldn't order a burger without the bun. Who tells a customer they can't order the way they want? Seems like a crappy way to run a business. Do better.
