Awesome customer service but everything else is a tourist trap. Not recommended.

Despite hearing rave reviews about this place, my friends and I decided to give it a try. Upon entering, we were greeted by a modern minimalist decor that exuded coziness. Despite arriving early, we were promptly seated. However, our experience began to falter from there. Our drinks took over 15 minutes to arrive, and even then, two of them were incorrect. While the food was prepared relatively quickly, the flavors failed to impress me. Our order included Giusta Bread (which was very good), Baja Kanpachi (lacking flavor and slightly chewy), Crispy Calamari (delicious), Roasted Carrots and Arugula Salad (both mediocre), and Chicken (generous portion but overpowered by garlic). My friends tried the pasta and fish dishes, with the Tagliatelle with crab being the standout, while the others were just average. The biggest issue for our group was the excessive noise level in the restaurant. The loud echo of people's conversations combined with the background music made it difficult to hear each other, forcing us to raise our voices across the table.Overall, it was not the best dining experience for me. I hope it was just an off night for them.

Awsome adress for having a good time! The whole team is doing an excellent job in hospitality. Flexible and friendly they take care of you and give smart advise on wines. Furthermore, the food is not just excellent. The chef learned his job in Italy and has managed to reproduce with local products a real distinguished cooking experience which is realy outstanding in taste and quality. Please go on like this. We will come back!

The staff was so kind to squeeze us in on a busy weekend night. The atmosphere at Isla was very lively. I expect on a quieter evening, it would be a lovely place for a romantic dinner. Excellent beverage menu. Food is New American style with some unique flares. Make sure to check out their sister restaurant Crudo e Nudo!

I have never experienced such bad food while dining out. Everything was over sauced, dry & flavorless. Left feeling robbed of a nice night out. Save yourselves & eat elsewhere.

I enjoyed this place a lot! We sat at the bar and got a chef's tasting menu. Everything was outstanding! We came in from Vegas for quick getaway and this place did not disappoint. If we're ever in the area again we're come back! We particularily enjoyed the cooked carrots and the mushroom pasta we were served

It’s pouring outside and my boyfriend and I made a last minute reservation. This restaurant is amazing. We were lucky to be two of the only ones there due to the incoming flash flood. Giovanna created one of the best mezcal cocktails I’ve ever had and I will absolutely be back ? Enjoyed the black cod and the

I'm a huge fan of Crudo e Nudo so I was very excited to check out Isla, just down the street! What I really like about this place compared to Crudo e Nudo is that they have an indoor dining room. Super cute, vibey, and intimate. You could sit at the bar and watch the chef cook by the fire or you could sit at a table. Tables are a bit close together making it a little awkward to have private conversations. The service was a bit tough, it felt like they were understaffed. Not a huge deal for us, but seemed stressful. No surprise that the food was all delicious. Like their sister restaurant, the kanpachi absolutely shined here. I loved it so much. I also really loved my orange wine -- loved it so much that I decided to look up the bottle later on and find out that I could buy a bottle for less than I paid for a glass here... yikes! Plates are very small and expensive. Luckily they're good, so I can justify the cost to myself more than many other restaurants with a similar model, but it did feel a bit excessive. Overall, this place is great, super tasty and nice ambiance. I wish it was a bit more reasonably priced, especially considering the quality of service was not quite at the level which they were charging. But I would definitely come back. Next time I might want to try the chef's tasting menu.

2nd time was incredibly yummy! I had the duck confit, falafel with zug, salad and another delicious amaro cocktail by Kent. His delightful cocktails rock and the flavors are unusual without overpowering the palate. Loved our dinner.

Went here with my best friend the food is insane! We had the sourdough, carrots, tuna, pasta and rock fish and dessert probably one of the best meals I have ever had. Ambiance and service was impeccable! Also got a great bottle of white wine!

Enjoyed the dinner here. The tasting menu was great with a variety of dishes and a reasonable price. i also loved that it took the decision making out of the way. The food was good in general. But i didn't like the chicken dish

We've eaten here on numerous occasions, for date nights and large group. The tasting menu was divine, everything brought to the table was excellent. And the full cauliflower head has always been the star of the show.
