Jack in the Box is still good, but not quite the same as it used to be. The burger wasn’t as fresh or hot as I remember (Santa Monica location), though it’s nice they still have the buttermilk sauce. It also feels like Jack’s still calling out to all the late-night munchie goers.

Jack in the Box has always had a special place in my heart, and now so does this location. Not only are my favorites, the tacos, burgers, and fries, all amazing here, but the staff also blow the other nearby locations’ food quality and service out of the water.
One time I had to work late on New Year’s Eve and was starving. They were one of the only places still open, which was both a Godsend and a little bittersweet. They served up my usual with a warm “Happy New Year” and a smile that really stayed with me. They’ve looked out for me more than once, but that night felt extra special.

The drive-through attendent didn't take the order for a while. He got my drink order wrong. He gave me a wrong smaller burger than I ordered, and it was dried out. Seemed like a reject burger order I was given. I had already driven away before I noticed. May 1st 4:30pm.
