The bad comments here are just hateful people. I go to this Jamba Juice every morning and they're always nice to me. I really think it's just about you being nice to them, and they'll be nice to you. Some people feel so entitled to others emotions. Also to the person that comes in at 7:59pm when they close at 8 - you are quite literally coming in one minute before closing. It shows you've never worked at a minimum wage store before if you have no empathy for these workers. Hell- even I'd be annoyed if you came in a minute before closing. Also, there's a comment saying that one of these workers hate their jobs and they seem sad. Maybe the worker had a horrible horrible day but still had to go to work. As long as you pay, and you get your item, I don't see what the issue is. Reviewers here seem to have no empathy for the workers. As long as you're not being clearly disrespected, don't take their own energy personally, you could also be their last customer before their shift and they might just be exhausted. Doesn't hurt to be nice to workers people. I do have one complaint though. It seems like this Jamba Juice is always out of an ingredient for some reason, and I thought it was just me but there are reviews that date back a year that say the same. So I see this is a pattern. I'm not sure what's going on? Maybe the management needs to change due to not ordering the right amount? 2 weeks ago their juicer broke. The week later , no ginger. This week, no strawberries, bananas, or yogurt- weird.

So when your store is out of strawberries at 4pm I think the greeting should be "welcome to Jamba Juice. We are out of strawberries, but I can start you a drink with substitutions." I'm from old school Jamba world when they had the "my pleasure" customer service. This was not the case here. When I asked for a smoothie, the young lady said sorry we are out of strawberries. I said ok and took the choice between the few left that had no strawberries. Mango-a-go-go and white gummi, they are a far cry from Caribbean passion and aloha pineapple. The next few people came in and also wanted some drinks with strawberries. It wasn't until the 3rd person asked for a drink with strawberries that she gave an option to substitute. Now I'm not a smoothierista, so I didn't think of asking for a substitute but certainly was disappointed that I could have had my other drink with the substitution fruit. * sigh * So, when paying she did tell me to sign up with the app to get buy one get one free. The coupon on the app didn't specify a size. When I tried to turn my order from medium to large, she was adamant that it was only for medium and small or large was not part of the promo. If that is the case the promo should be clear about the rules. Customer service at many places is a thing of the past. * sigh *

Customer service here has never been top notch but the smoothies get made. Today I was greeted by a completely empty unlocked store. Not sure how long the shop has been sitting there falsely locked without staff. After waiting for a little, what I assume was the manager arrived. He welcomed me with a poor attitude about me being early after he left everything unlocked and unattended. Business wise - it doesn't seem super smart to have different Friday hours from the rest of the work week. Especially when you're the only one in town.

ok. so. atmosphere here was crazy. it felt like they reconstructed an office building i to a jamba juice. everything was too white and there was too little people in there and i got scared. i got a razzmatazz (are you kidding me) and i was hungry so i stole a bag of pirates booty that somehow had no flavor. my buddy chomsky goes here a lot but he recently had a heart attack. chomsky was so cool dude. sorry. also the manager was just outside smoking a cigarete :3 not that that’s illegal or anything but man. come on man. you’re the manager of that fuxkcing jabma juice man!!! get it together jamba huice:) lol sorry i got caught up with chomsky business. So...I have been receiving calls ALL WEEK from two phone numbers - (714) 852-9195 and (424) 368-1547, that I don't recognize and decided to answer the 424 number. The young male coward has my name and states that he is calling from Jamba Juice Corporate Office. I recently posted an unfavorable review about one of the employees here on Yelp from the Jamba Store located at 2461 Santa Monica Blvd in Santa Monica, so this coward called to inform me that it wasn't Ethan who I had the run in with but another employee by the name of Jose who happened to use Ethan's number to ring up my Order. This coward went on to say "you're a fat fucking bitch" in which I immediately hung up at that point. Keep in mind that he identified himself as calling from Corporate. I used my phone number that day to use my rewards which is how this cowardly individual obtained my private phone number without my permission! Now this cowardly individual who's real identity is Ian, has apparently been fired by the store! I don't wish anything bad on people losing their jobs but in this case, he was the worst representation for Jamba! He stole my personal information and used it to harass me and now I'm going to look into what can be done for his stupid behavior! What an imbecile!

I've been to Jamba Juice all over the city, and the Valley. This is the ONLY one that constantly and CONSISTENTLY smells like bleach or another cleaning Solution. I know they are trying to be clean ... but SOMETHING is wrong with how they dispose or store the water / bucket whatever! It's unappealing, unappetizing & is choking for those of us who have allergies to strong chemicals. In addition: to use the app they handle your phone each time! That just feels germy! so oppositional things are occurring at this location. Get a contactless app easer like all other jambas, please.

The drinks were great, however the service was terrible. I have tried this location on two occasions. Both times the employees did not verbally respond to me. No response to my hello, my order and did not tell me my total. Overall, I felt very unwelcome and will not be returning to this location. I advise any potential customers to skip the hassle and go to other locations or different smoothie shops.
