Service was not great. They did not communicate well and they skipped my order because I order the vegetarian option. Also, they made me paid first and still took long after I tipped. When you pay they don’t give you an option to skip the tip section.

Love Jersey Mikes, would like to go once a week or two but this particular location cannot handle a weekend crowd! The line must of been 30 mins long the last 3 Saturdays I walked in with confused employees. 3 employees looking at the same sandwich wondering what to do. Another trip they had a mass catering order, 50 sandwiches on the counter, confused again, unable to assist walk-ins. Wanna order online, don’t count on it being ready when promised. Really need some additional staff/training.
