The service was sub par. One person handling both online orders and customers ordering in store. I overpaid for a sandwich that was made incorrectly. I was given half a serving for a giant turkey sandwich. I was asked if I would like it Mikes ways, and I said yes. I didn’t remember if the worker added the vinegar so I asked to confirm, he said yes. To my surprise, there was no vinegar OR oil. I will not be going back to this store ever again. And the music is so loud you can barely hear the workers when ordering.

Ugh. Ordered pickup and waited 20min for my sub to be prepared. Worst of all, bacon was missing from my order. Avoid this location at all cost, or it will cost you.

If I could give 0 stars I would pathetic service waited 20 minutes for my sandwich I even asked if it was almost ready and they said yes come to find out they gave it to the wrong person at the end didn’t even get my sandwich or offer to remake they just stared at me like it was my fault ended up getting a refund and going to Jersey mikes on wilshire

Ordered a 44 and this is how it came out when I opened it. I get this every week on Sundays from different stores and have never gotten my food like this. To bad I drove home. Had to cook lunch after paying 12 bucks.

No parking for pickup , only meters , spent today dollar just to pickup food (no make sense when you work for Uber eats)because people are super slow after 20 minutes of waiting did not say a word just passed the back and even did not look at me , don’t visit this place if you want to protect your energy ??

Terrible, rude service. Girl behind the counter made faces at me when I turned around after calling out her rudeness. I just called and asked names of owner and manager, I asked if the manger was in and was hung up on. Won't be back!

This location of Jersey Mike's is terrible. I picked up a sandwich through a phone order and it came missing everything but the meat. I called the store back and spoke to the manager Ashley and she promised I could come in and get a combo on the store for the error. She apologized profusely and said there was an incident at the store. She stated that she would note my name on a list and that all I had to do was come in and mention my name and that she ok'd the free combo. I came back to request a free combo as promised today and my name is on no list and Ashley is not in. The assistant manager Jorge would not help me. He told me to come back tomorrow. When I told him the location is not convenient to come back he did nothing. I left disappointed.
