Epic smash spot. 10/10
Are you kidding me? This place may not look like much on the outside but when you walk in, all of your senses are enhanced. I came to this jewel of Santa Monica on vacation with my family and decided to stop in. Sooooo glad we did. We were greeted and choose the back room where the bar was located. Complete forest vibes with where we sat and the roof open to welcome the sunset tone for our evening. We were all amazed and impressed. Drinks were great and the ribeye that I ordered was so good I literally ordered another one. We also ordered salmon and a delicious sirloin. The peach raspberry dessert was out of this world. Top 5 places I've eaten EVER in my lifetime. Our server Kelsey was AMAZING!! Thank you so much for being so attentive, kind and knowledgeable with all the questions we asked. Much appreciated
Food and services is always great here. It’s a little loud (acoustics aren’t great) but aside from that always love coming here
I was staying nearby and decided to stop by for dinner. I must admit that the decor is lovely, but that is about the only thing I like about this restaurant. The waiter was slow and inattentive; he only came by to take our order, drop off our food, and give us our check. He never came by to ask how our (bland) food was or to provide drink refills. As for the food, it was subpar. The "tacos" from Taco Bell taste better than the overpriced Old El Paso-type tacos they serve at this place.

The margaritas are fresh and delicious!! I'm not super adventurous but I love the brisket taco and the wagyu ones on happy hour. We also had the delicious crispy potatoes (side dish). The tostada nachos on happy hour are a bit confusing when you see them arrive, but are delicious as well.

The food was excellent. I got the brisket tacos and mom got the Lomo Saltado. Both were just excellent. My brisket was AMAZING!!! We also got the wagyu taco cruncher appetizer/happy hour dish. Everything was just incredible. The staff was wonderful as well.
