Super casual place. Food took only 10 minutes. I got the asada California burrito. It was my fault that didn't see "fries" listed first and by that they mean the burrito is ~80% fries!. Unfortunately, I HATE fries was short of time and didn't want to waste food so I ate it. I got the "California" cause you would think it came with avocado and plenty of fresh veggies, but no. It was 1/4 meat 1/4 cheese and 1/2 fries. Meat was tender and burrito was tasty but this is definitely the worst burrito I've had and do not recommend to anyone. Should consider renaming this burrito to the fry burrito cause that's what it is, nothing about it felt like California. I left about 1/2 pound fries that went straight to the trash. People were nice and they give salsa and chips with your order.

Fantastic tacos. Our favorite on the Westside. Simple shop. Staff friendly. Handmade tortillas.

This place is bomb. The shrimp and fish burritos are so flavorful and filling. I rarely write reviews but the food is really that exceptional. I add beans to the fish burritos. The employees are friendly and the service is quick.

I enjoyed this place very much. The food was amazing, the portion was enough for two meals, and the customer service was great! There’s not a lot of seating, which is fine because it was just me. I will definitely be back! Oh, and the quac sauce and spicy red sauce served with the chips was the bomb! I put it on my burrito and it made it even better! Definitely recommend!

My son and I were looking for a Mexican restaurant in the downtown Santa Monica area, and this place popped up. We decided to give it a try, and it was well worth it.I ordered the breakfast burrito, and my son ordered the street burrito. Both were delicious. We got to watch the Belgium ?? vs Ireland ?? game while we ate. That made us super happy, since both of us are big futbol fans. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely be back real soon.

BEST BURRITO in LA. And I've tried a lot. Incredible, friendly service too. I got the Al pastor and added cheese and sour cream. Highly recommend

Not a lot of carne Asada. But it was bomb!! Real flavorful. Not many places do carne asada in soupy beans, but I loved it. Kinda pricey tho

I'm a huge fan of Mexican food and I'm always looking for a new restaurant to try and enjoy! It was through a quick Google search that I found this restaurant and La Purapecha was close by so I said why not? The restaurant was a little bit of a challenge to find because the sign wasn't visible on the street. Parking was pretty much all metered parking as far as I know. Walking in, we saw that seating was pretty limited. We checked out the menu and the staff were very helpful in answering our questions. They have certain deals available depending on the day (Taco Tuesday, Wet burrito Wednesday, etc.) which I thought is a great way to expose and encourage different menu items throughout the week. We ordered the carne asada nachos to share, carne asada and adobada tacos and a carne asada wet burrito. For drinks, we had the melon agua fresca and the Coke. Before our orders came, we were served fresh tortilla chips with red and green salsa that was really crispy and good! The carne asada tacos were good, I just found myself adding more salsa than I'm used to for flavor. The adobada tacos were a bit salty to my liking. I enjoyed how generous the servings are, especially the guacamole! I give it 4 stars because the flavor of the food either lacked or was too much for certain dishes. Definitely filling though and I had an enjoyable experience!

I'm literally writing this review while eating their tacos in the restaurant haha. I needed a quick meal before getting my hair done next door. Ordered 3 tacos (shrimp, fish, and carne asada) and it was the best tacos I've had in LA. I've been here for almost 2 years and nothing beats this place. The agua frecas are a must with the tacos. Definitely would recommend this place. Soooo good.

This place is very cute and the staff are nice. Easy to order online and pick up. I got enchiladas, rice, and beans for decently cheap (for LA) and they even give you a side of tortilla chips with yummy salsa. It was very filling! This place is easy to miss if you're walking/driving by, unfortunately. I walked past it several times and didn't realize it was there -- but I am very glad I finally tried it!

I've been here about a dozen times now and everything is really good. Fresh ingredients. Very clean. Hope this place stays here for a long time.

My dad got a burrito + pineapple agua fresca and I got one mulita with carnitas, total was $24. I thought it was good maybe a little oily. I would come again for the mulita. :)

Authentic Mexican cuisine. Construction workers come and go with to-go orders. The place is quite small, 4-5 small tables. Orders are taken by the cashier, and then you sit down. Once seated you will be treated with a small tray of homemade totopos (chips) and sauce. The waiter will bring the plates for you. All dishes are served on paper plates or trays. They offer discounts on plates everyday, check the menu!!
