I mean…..perfection. Also, I really appreciated their attention to detail on how they care for guests who have mobility needs. It doesn’t go unnoticed 🙌🏽

Matcha review: I am YET to try a bagel which is embarrassing for obvious reasons, but Layla has an excellent matcha. Their cream top slaps, if you do dairy. Otherwise they have a solid regular matcha latte, hot or iced. The atmosphere is so bright and uplifting, and there is literally always a crowd/line (in a good way). I think it speaks for itself. Even weekdays are popping, but the line is totally doable. I come for matcha from time to time, but can’t wait to be back for a bagel because they look bomb.

I ordered 4 bagels, one of them had some hair stuck to the side mixed with cream cheese. That is very disgusting and unacceptable

Me, and a couple of my classmates were studying for our finals, and we decided to stop here for a quick bite. However it was my first time, and I absolutely loved the quality, and taste. To be honest it was amazing and I ate the whole thing, I also loved it was healthy as well. I will definitely come back.

Sorry but I’m a former New Yorker who knows good bagels… This place has a big line, great reviews but why? Hands down one of the worst bagels I’ve had. Texture is stale like it’s a day old so not sure they’re making these fresh. Lacks good flavor, lacks good chew. The outer skin flaking off - not a good crust but maybe because it’s stale. Disappointed. Makes me wonder if people who rated well have just never had a good bagel…

Very yummy, so glad they have vegan cream cheese. Just a bit pricey, and you have to stand around waiting for a table if you go on a weekend.

Service and the place itself is very nice and cutesy but the bagel bread is tuff and the coffee and food just is mediocre. Pretty for pics tho!
