Sadly, as of today, 5/1,9 this cafe closed its doors permanently. You'll be missed!

Wonderful. I had an espresso with a lemon meringue tart and both were sublime.

Are you a Very Important White Man? Then this is the place for you! The owner will bring you your coffee, make sure you are comfortable AND move the umbrella away from other seated patrons so you - and you alone- are shaded. Note: this offer only applies to VIWM, and all others should plan to be treated as vermin.

Love this place! My favorite is the ricotta and raisin Danish croissant. The other pastries are also top-notch. Really enjoy this bakery!

I'm not a macaron person but these are delicious! So many fun flavors. They also have cute boxes for gifts!

This is the go-to French bakery in Santa Monica! Every time I walk by, I like to pop in and grab a macaroon treat. They always have new flavors and if you want to be fancy, they have macaroon "trees" you can buy with 3+ layers of macaroons - perfect for a dinner centerpiece. Last time we came in, we brought beignets for a friend's lunch party and they were an absolute hit! People kept asking us where we got the delicious, fluffy beignets, so I'm pretty sure we made Le Macaron some new customers :) Sit outside, get some sun, and enjoy people watching and eating at this corner bakery. It won't disappoint!

Excellent service with a smile. I had a ham and cheese croissant. It had sesame seeds on the very flaky dough. Wonderful nutty flavor. The ham and cheese fresh very tasty! Latte was perfect. I asked for extra hot and by the time it was delivered it was still hot instead of cold. Coffee roast was nice and smooth. I didn't have to doctor up with additives to get a good favorable consistency. Excellent job all the way around. As a simi-invalid person this service is so very important and very welcome to me.

Visiting from out of town and exploring the area. Ran across Le Macaron. Reviews were good and we were not disappointed. I had the Capuchino and ham and cheese croissant and my wife had coffee with a cranberry / ricotta croissant. Love when a plan comes together. Great little breakfast without breaking the bank. Recommend! Thanks Le Macaron!

Coffee and pastries were awful. The cheese danish was so hard it must have been from delivered a week ago. The coffee was cold. The hefty waisted woman who said she was the owner needs to stay away. First of all, she smelled of such bad body odor it made my stomach sick. She was rude, and said she didn’t care because they were going out of business anyway. I asked for a fork three different times, but needed a knife to cut through the hard pastry. and when she finally gave it to me she rolled her eyes. There were flies everywhere. The place smelled like raw sewage. The woman was terrible. This little corner shop has potential. A simple apology gets this taken down. I don’t want to see any of my 6 friend I was with write reviews also because the owner responds like a j**** That’s what really happened.

I came here with a friend and got 3 macarons each. I tried the Sicilian Pistachio (really good!), Columbian Coffee (pretty good), and Salted Caramel (only okay). My friend tried the Orange Chocolate (his favorite), Strawberry & Key Lime (really good), Belgian Chocolate (meh). Overall, we both agreed that the macarons here were good, but they weren't amazing and weren't really worth that price to us.

Had their vanilla Caramel latte and it was on par with Starbucks. Service was super quick too. But slightly a little pricey. Although, definitely going to come back here for food and gelato since the spread looked really good

Cute little French Corner Cafe in the perfect part of town. Tasty pastries, great coffee and a low key atmosphere ...

Came here for a light breakfast! The owner was friendly and greeted me right away! The Ham Crossiant and Cappuccino I ordered hit the spot!!!

Love supporting this small business! The owners are so nice. They make a great latte, the ham and cheese croissant are the best and my kids love getting macarons as a treat.
