Loved the brunch experience. They had a lot of food options with live egg and crepe stations and all for a great price. The DJ was also adjusting the music based on the crowd vibe. Overall loved the experience there. Highly recommended!!
Went for Sunday Brunch. The food was very good with excellent variety and the service was exceptional. The drinks are very pricey and the steak options are over cooked to medium+. Rare and medium rare did not exist. I brought my dog and the restaurant is just way too noisy to bring a pet. When they blew air canons to celebrate people's birthdays, it scared the heck out of him. The music is geared for a 20ish year old crowd as they are playing loud dance music with a DJ. I won't be back due to the loud music and canons going off, too bad as I liked the food and loved the service. And it's very cool looking restaurant, just geared for the twenty something crowd.
Loved ALL the services, especially Antonio and the girl that works with him( can't remember her name). Drinks are pricey and that service fee (not gratuity)is crazy!! Other than that....Loved It!!
We ordered the Steak frittes and salmon which were both delicious. The staff wished us a happy anniversary several times and were very nice. They threw in a little something to make it special and it was a great experience. Good cocktails too!
What a fantastic setting! Even when it's dark and the ocean view is not present, the twinkling lights surrounding the patio and the heat lamps and fire pit, made outdoor seating preferable! Victoria was a great server. The food was good, but not great. The vegan(?) tian--artfully presented sliced yellow and green summer squash--was tasteless. The salmon with the beurre blanc sauce was spectacular. Chocolate lava cake was just as good. We'll be back.
It was amazing great food, and great price good music... the only thing they closes at 11 PM
Great experience overall just a little pricey. If you don't have a big appetite then you may just eat one plate from the buffet. Be sure to come hungry and ready for drinks.
There was only one server serving that night and she could have help to speed up service. She was nice though.
Wow! New and unexpected experience! The decor and ambiance brought a very urban and sexy vibe! The food was well prepared and fresh. We enjoyed the music and entertainment! I'll come again soon!
Brunch was amazing and the drinks, I had such a great time for my birthday! The patio is so beautiful that it felt like I was in Tulum. I definitely plan to return!

The service/event paid for was not delivered as described. Upon arrival, the venue was severely overcrowded with no seating or space, service was unavailable, and the included champagne was never provided. Due to these conditions, we left after approximately 20 minutes. This experience did not meet basic expectations of the reservation or what was advertised at the time of purchase.
Went to the 2026 New Year's Eve celebration. Unfortunately the weather was uncooperative with heavy rain forcing sections of the restaurant to be closed off due to rain getting in but the staff did the best they could to accommodate all diners. The service was great and the staff kept the vibe festive. The food and drinks were outstanding. Would go again anytime during the year for any occasion.
I love Lou Lou but they put me and my friend in the last table all the way on the back, NYE, windy and rain, I could feel the cold air coming in , I asked to move, they didn't, the table was wobbly, barely had space to move my chair.
