I’ve been a loyal customer here for around 3 years. I loved this place, living in the neighborhood and having a really good coffee shop was always great! The quality has gone down a lot. The espresso is bitter, the milk is not silky smooth, it’s just very aerated and foamy. The customer service is not great. Sad the quality has gone down. I won’t be returning

The rosemary latte is INCREDS & the staff is super nice — one time I forgot my debit card & they let me have my latte on the house. Nice people & very nice chill spot — there’s a big back

Stopped and bought some coffee after all that bread ! Right down the street a block away from laylas bagels ( by the way, Layla’s bagels have really good coffee as well but we wanted to try the shop also) ordered the Mary’s Cuban !!!’mm excellent

This place has vindictive customer service like bratty children. Today I ordered a tea and after some whispering together they came back and said the tea was out. It’s the location that works but it’s too bad they can’t find good people. There’s one friendly barista we know each by name but sadly he doesn’t out number another two who are awful.
