This place came highly recommended from my lady friends who do luncheons regularly. I was blown away by the rock shrimp sandwich, had to control myself not ordering it again for round 2! I hope it stays on regular menu not just DineLA. There are 7 others things on the menu I want to try, well balanced flavors that hits the spot. Lovely atmosphere will definitely come back again and again.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and we had a delicious dinner! And our server was fantastic! We're definitely coming back and before our next anniversary 😁

Unfortunately, a very uncomfortable experience.
I came in on a Saturday around 3 PM with a client. We ordered coffee and were planning to order food shortly after. When I asked if they had organic milk, the waiter responded sarcastically with something like, “We only have human stuff,” which felt strange and inappropriate.

Not long after, he returned and told us the kitchen was closing, even though the restaurant is listed as open until 9 PM. He said that unless we ordered food right then, we’d have to move to the bar. We explained that we were planning to eat soon, but were still asked to move.

The tone and energy were very off, and we didn’t feel welcome. We decided to cancel the order and leave.

This was actually my second time giving this place a try. Sadly, both times the service left me disappointed. I’m sharing this as my personal experience and hope it’s helpful for others.

We popped in without a reservation before a nearby concert and got what felt like special treatment without being special. The service was attentive and quirky and honest and the food was delicious. I can't wait to go back.

Been coming here for years. The owner Raphael is such a sweet guy, longtime westsider.

Sticky toffee pudding and avocado toast are A+. Patio in back is large and allows dogs. :)

Lunetta has a very cute and quaint vibe, with the indoor and outdoor seating both having their own lovely aesthetic. The ingredients used to make all meals feel very fresh and sourced from organic sources(confirmed by our server). The green eye matcha was fantastic, while not sweet it was perfectly tart and had a great dash of matcha taste. The 12. Oz steak and eggs were very delightful with the side of vegetable crouton mix serving almost as a gremolata or a chinichurri. It was perfect for brunch and the flavors were just so rich and enlightening. The pancakes and eggs were very nicely done and pair beautifully with the maple syrup. The maple syrup itself was such an amazing experience, it was delicate , light and not too sticky, indicating a homemade saucy syrup which was a great experience! If you are searching for a cute brunch experience with light vibes and great service then this spot is definitely a must!

Lunetta is that rare LA spot that pulls off both brunch and dinner with equal brilliance—like a band that nails both the Sunday acoustic set and the Friday night headliner. Brunch is a standout: sunny, effortlessly cool, and filled with dishes that straddle California freshness and French technique. (The lemon ricotta pancakes? Borderline unfair.) Then, as the day fades, Lunetta leans into its nighttime persona—moody, low-lit, atmospheric, and vibey without trying too hard.

Chef Raphael Lunetta, who I first knew from Giraffe—still one of my all-time favorite French restaurants—brings that same intuitive balance here. Giraffe was this beautiful tension between laid-back and haute cuisine, and that balance is carried forward at Lunetta. With partners like Michael Garrett, they’ve created something that doesn’t follow food trends so much as refine them. The plates surprise, the cocktails impress, and the whole experience feels deeply considered yet never fussy. Years in, Lunetta continues to feel fresh, grounded, and quietly exceptional.

Food was excellent and the ambiance sitting outside was great. We had the pork chop, puréed herb potatoes, appetizer sashimi and olives. Everything was top notch, food and service. Pork chop was very moist and the sauce they serve with it brought the pork chop over the top. Pure heaven. I wish they would change their policy regarding happy hour and allow happy hour if you sit outside. We have a dog and since he cannot go inside the restaurant then allow us to have happy hour outside with our best friend. Most restaurants make this exception. We would certainly frequent your establishment much more often as we love happy hour.

Absolute 10/10 experience! Was looking for a quiet, intimate setting for party of 8 and were seated next to a far place near the bar area. Delicious food and great ambiance!

The inside seating was quiet and enjoyed the nearby fire on Easter day brunch. The service was slow and our waiter was clearly caring for too many tables and frequently forgot to bring us beverages. The food was fair to good, with no follow up from the waiter on quality or if we had everything that we needed. The on-site parking was a bonus, but not sure if I would return anytime soon.

It was my first time here, I loved the setting, it felt like a Bistro in Europe. Delicious food, great menu choices. I will definitely be going back.

Such a wonderful dinner in an unassuming spot. The restaurant was busy, but we still felt like we had an intimate dinner. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, omnivore friendly. Andrew, our server has obviously been in this business a long time. He really added to the upscale experience, helping us through the menu and even being kind and patient with the children at the table. Great place for out-of-town guests that want a guaranteed wonderful meal.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free available and labeled

Kid-friendliness: Might not be the best place for young children for dinner, but I think for tweens and teens for sure it’s great.
