they have a one hour dining limit so it makes the place uncomfortable, but the food was ready almost immediately.. we did order from the app though so..
Update: we did end up being able to stay longer than an hour so that was nice. The food was quick and completely fresh. They also have sundaes, which is something I've never seen at a mcdonalds before

Service is minimal, the food does take a minute to be prepped as well, and the atmosphere could definitely be a bit better....seems as if there are always homeless sleeping in the chairs, or very cranky older folk....or both. All in all definitely 3 outta 5!
