Exceptional and delicious food. You can taste the thought they put into every dish. The service was perfect as well, it was attentive but at the same time it did not feel forced or too pushy. Perfect place with a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend and would come back. I also appreciated that they add 4% health service charge to provide health care for their employees. It felt like they care about people working there and it was reflected in the atmosphere of the place.

Not a huge menu, but what is on it is really good. Garlic knots are a great appetizer, especially if you like garlic. I had the special of the day, lasagna. It was prepared differently than the usual, and it was delicious. Also had pizza, which is also good. The only issue is parking. They don't have a parking lot, so street parking only. Definitely recommend reservations, since they are very busy. We are definitely going back!

Good food, but portions are a bit small for the price. Desserts are especially small. The only thing of good size was the pizza. Tasty though.

The mushroom pizza reminds me strongly of UCLA's Epic at Ackerman Tre Funghi Pizza. Personally, I prefer UCLA's, but that's a matter of personal taste; Milo's was good too.

Excellent quality pizza and roasted garlic. Pasta doses were fresh with good flavor and taste. The service was not that good . Place was highly crowded and noisy ( not to take your date)

We like to watch the pizza making process from the bar. ❤️ The coffee is delicious.

Milo & Olive absolutely lived up to the hype—it’s one of those rare spots that hits cozy neighborhood charm and elevated flavor all at once. I went for a late lunch and sat at the counter, where I could watch the open kitchen in action, which only added to the experience. I ordered the garlic knot (which is practically famous) and a mushroom pizza with fontina, thyme, and roasted garlic, and both were outstanding. The crust was that perfect mix of chewy and blistered, and the toppings felt like they were layered with care instead of just tossed on. The vibe inside is relaxed but bustling, with a kind of quiet hum that makes it feel like the heart of the neighborhood. Service was warm and attentive without ever feeling performative. Whether you’re coming in solo or with friends, Milo & Olive nails it—comforting, thoughtful, and full of flavor.

This place is great. Should be way higher than a 4.4. Just wish you made your hot honey spicy again. And maybe prices are a bit high ;) but it’s always crowded definitely recommend.

My family and I capped off a great vacation with a dinner here on a whim.
1st) We didn’t make a reservation and the host made it happen to get a party of 6 seated in no time at all
2nd) They were extremely accommodating of 3 kids in a party of 6 which many restaurants are not
3rd) Food was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the bread, to the pasta, to the prosciutto to the pizza, and even the mocktail. 5 stars all the way
4th) The service was tremendous and especially when our oldest son, who’s on the spectrum, lost something and the server held onto it for him, which absolutely made his day.

From a restaurant owner in New Jersey, we all left filled, happy & was the perfect ending to our vacation.

the pizza was way too salty!me and my date thought so! we had it exchanged flies were all over the place in the restaurant. I had to kill one again the wall since it kept getting around our food it was more like a mosquitos. this happens when a restaurant don't get cleaned often! wouldn't be going there again!

The atmosphere of the shop was very nice, and the space was simple and stylish. The food was also delicious with delicate flavors. I especially enjoyed the thin crust and crispy texture of the pizza. (It seems like gluten-free options are also available.) There were some delicious-looking breads at the store, so I'd like to buy some when I come to LA.
