Such a pity that they are planning to close this place soon and just consolidate to Milo and Olive. I really like the casual vibe here. They also will heat up the slices that you get to go and it only taketakes a few minutes for them to heat it up. I'm a fan of their Sicilian slices! I love the texture of the crust. I've had both the mushroom and margarita slices! I normally find margarita pizzas to be a bit boring, but I really liked the Sicilian version! Something about the thick yet fluffy crust! They also have the infamous garlic knots!

Best pizza in Los Angeles hands down

I agree with Marc T on the size of the meatball sub, it's definitely not two hands long like in the owners picture. The meatballs were good but not exceptional so for twenty bucks I won't order again. Should have stuck with Vito's!

'We now require proof of vaccination (2 weeks after your last dose) OR a negative COVID-19 test taken within at least 72 hours when dining indoors.' [last dose? wth? how many boosters do they want?] They shut down in a few weeks. October 10. 2021. with their attitude Im glad its closing. The owner had an Ice Cream store here and the sweets were a treat. They? She now has a Pizza Place, mostly take out. I only ate there once. I agree with another review, 'a 6 dollar cookie'..yes, its big but costly.

The pizza is pretty good, but the meatball sub was HALF the size of there picture on uber eats.

Takeout and “standing room only” pizza spot in Santa Monica serving NY style, Sicilian, and gluten-free pizza. They do offer pizza by the slice options or you can order a whole pizza. Credit cards are accepted and there is a 4% surcharge for its employees. No bathrooms are available. Metered street parking. There is a small bench outside the restaurant where you could sit or you could take your pizza to the park nearby to enjoy.Came here on a Saturday post-hike for lunch around 1pm, and there was no line. We got slices to-go and they offered to heat the pizza up, which was nice of them. The New York style pepperoni pizza was tasty and had a nice chew. The Sicilian Margherita slice (a vegetarian option) was much thicker and has a texture more similar to a ciabatta bread. They do have dessert options from Sweet Rose. It’s a casual spot to grab a quick bite of high quality pizza by the slice.

Holy wow, this place does not mess around. Amazing pizza.

Amazing pizza! The unique ingredients made such a flavorful experience for us. Highly recommend you try this place out. I'm usually on the fence about pizza because most places use ingredients that make me groggy and sluggish. I was stoked to find out Milo SRO uses responsibly sourced ingredients and it shows. The only draw back, this place basically ruined pizza for me anywhere else lol a good problem to have since that means returning here is a must! Enjoy! Oh one last thing... if you're thinking about ordering their giant chocolate chip cookie, don't hesitate and go for it, it's delicious

I'll be honest here. If you look at my past reviews I wasn't too much of a fan of Milo and Olive. With that being said their SRO (standing room only) sister pizza location is amazing!!! This is my favorite pizza place on the west side without a shadow of a doubt. Their sausage is house made and has a ton of spices in its flavor. They use these pepperonis which are larger than usual and also better than usual. Mushrooms are of a strain that I don't even know what it is but they are delicious. The crust is thin and crispy and doughey at the same time. I actually eat the crust first with this pizza. It's not one of those crusts you want to throw away and only eat the "good parts" the whole pizza is good! I can't wait for enough days to pass so I can eat pizza again without feeling ashamed of myself. 5 stars!!!

So far I've loved every place in the Rustic Canyon Group and this place is no exception. Great gluten free pizza options. I typically get one small and one large for 3 people and we have leftovers (my favorite part of pizza night).

Great Sicilian-style pizza

Great pizza place! But honestly don’t sleep on the eggplant parm, it is my favorite thing on the menu!! Love Milo SRO, reminds me of my local pizza place back in New Jersey, nothing like getting a good slice made fresh :)
