Our waiter was so attentive and personal. There weren’t many people there but it did not affect the atmosphere, as they played great music. I appreciated the waiter being Italian himself, really made it feel authentic. Our waiter explained dishes on the menu thoroughly and made recommendations that we greatly appreciated. Will be recommending to everyone! I can’t believe this place isn’t busier, it’s amazing.

Absolutely the hidden gem in the Santa Monica. It's a perfect spot for Italian food. The fresh baked bread is must try if you like bread. It's so crispy outside and soft inside. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures for the bread because we were so busy eating it.

We went to orto and wanted to try the pasta cooked on a cheese wheel, but it wasn't available. We try multiple pasta(I cannot remember all the names) on the menu and all loving...

Looking for an authentic Italian fare in the area, this is the place to go. Wagyu meatballs...the bomb 👌. Everything else, so delicious, the staff and vibe, really hits the spot! I highly recommend Orto. Cannot wait to dine here again while visiting Santa Monica. Thank you, Kevin
