Everything was perfection! The staff was wonderful. Food was wonderful. Will definitely come back for afternoon tea again!
Service was amazing, Elijah was an excellent server 10/10 !
We had a lovely time! But service was a little spotty, our champagne was flat and our seats were less than desirable
This was my first time dining at Palma, and it was lovely. Will definitely be returning in the future!
I don't really write reviews...However lovely the staff is, they are under staffed. Went for Mothers day tea. Was very clear in the reservation that one person had specific allergies & then again told the server. The whole tea was calibrated to the one persons dietary needs which basically altered every single bite for the tea. The manager did her best to accommodate & bring the missing condiments, but could not adjust because the tea items are made off site. Attention to detail was lacking there, which had a domino effect. Also, I tried leaving a few messages to speak with someone prior to the reservation & emailed with not one response. A 15% discount was given on the bill, but these errors were on the part of the restaurant, so I'm not particularly satisfied. The wait time between requests for milk, to go containers & the check were far apart. The room is so beautiful, the food was could probably have been great, the staff were nice, but the experience was bad. I would only go there for a cocktail as a result
Mother's day Afternoon tea wasn't worth it compared to other places. Low couch seating isn't conducive or comfortable for afternoon tea.
The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was tasty albeit very overpriced. There was an attempt at a theme, maybe a couple themes, but they fell flat. First of all, the description says there is art. There is no art, there's hardly anything on the walls, there's weird chairs for you to sit in, but that's about the only thing that isn't part of the design of the building that they can take credit for. Second, we were led to very deep couches around a coffee table for our dinner reservation. Most of the seating was this configuration. There was 1 proper dining table in the restaurant only, and it was taken. I picked the most couch friendly entree I could find, which was cacciatore. No idea how someone is supposed to eat a steak on a coffee table whilst reclining in an oversized chair. The worst offense was the music. It was as loud as a high school prom in a gymnasium. It was impossible to talk with my dinner guests, and my ears hurt so much that I finally got up and paid for the check at the bar because I couldn't bear waiting for them to come back. Mind you, we had been left to our own devices for about 20 minutes since the last check in, so I'd say we suffered. Overall, $215 for 2 cocktails, 1 vegetable appetizer, and 3 pasta dishes with no proteins. My appetite was gone way before the food was.
Simple and elegant, refined and friendly it separates itself from other local spaces by creating a special vibe with amazing food and attention to detail. A place to relax enjoying friends while it feels like someone special is just around the corner!
Ein tolles Hotel, sehr geschmackvolles und entspanntes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen. Wir kommen wieder!
Had the most amazing time at Palma lounge. Food was great, vibe was immaculate and our server Francisco was THE BEST! He had awesome recommendations for our food and drinks as well as dessert… which we LOVED. We had a great dining experience thanks to him he even threw in some Santa Monica tourist attraction sites to see for our weekend trip up in LA. 10/10 recxomwnd this spot. Make sure you ask for Francisco and get the vodka pasta with the steak and truffle fries, you won’t be disappointed :)

Pretty spectacular food.
Very cozy establishment and was impressed by the inviting ambiance and attentive service. However, I found the food to be below average and the prices to be quite steep for what was offered. While the atmosphere and staff were commendable, I believe the menu could benefit from improvement to match the overall experience. I ordered Mediterranean breakfast, which was everything but Mediterranean. They Shakshuka sauce tasted more like Mexican salsa... very disappointed with food.
Come here for the ambiance, stay for the cocktails. The entrance is a statement.
Alex gives the best service at Palma!
The breakfast burrito is my favorite in the whole country, very cool space and great service as well!
