I have had many souffle in my life , I personally travel around the world trying the best of the best souffle . This far is the best I have ever had !
An exquisite culinary pleasure to be had at this innovative eatery. A foodies’ haven as a gastronomical destination! All dishes we ordered were impeccably tasty.
this is the best restaurant in Santa Monica, and the best French food in southern California. chef Dave and the team are impeccable. you don't get two restaurants with Michelin stars within 2 years of opening otherwise.
anything Dave Beran opens is a must visit.

Pasjoli is a renowned restaurant on the West Coast, known for its attention to detail in food and service. They offer an à la carte menu, with recent collaborations adding to the excitement. The attractive interior creates a bustling yet chill atmosphere, making it ideal for a special occasion. The restaurant serves classic French dishes that are rich and buttery, with the duck tasting menu praised for its inventive and tasty takes on the protein. The appetizers, such as tartare and chicken liver, are exceptional, and the food is described as comforting, filling, but not overdone. Guests recommend trying the Basque cheesecake, considered the best of its kind. The service has received mixed reviews, with some mentioning discomfort due to upselling, while others found the staff to be attentive and friendly. The prices are a little high, but the overall experience is considered worth it. Guests have also enjoyed other dishes like steamed mussels and a burger, noting that Pasjoli captures a true French dining experience. The burger is praised as matching the hype and being in a different universe, while the scallops, gem salad, and tartare are also great. Guests have enjoyed the flavors in the cocktails and the cute personal touches, such as the check book with French cooking terms. The food is consistently described as amazing, and the service as friendly, though a missed opportunity to acknowledge a birthday was noted.
