It was very busy and not very well organized when I visited, but the staff were friendly and the burgers were decent. It did take a good while to receive our order but the beach atmosphere was nice and the pier is great for people-watching to pass the time.

I want to thank pier burger for allowing me to enjoy probably the best chili cheese hotdog I've ever had in my life. I highly recommend it. At least they did not tell me to leave like bubba gumb did to me on Oct 11th just because I'm homeless. Pier burger always welcomes me in and is very polite.👍☺️.Thanks again Pier burger and your double cheeseburger is amazing 😍🤩

solid 3.5 from me. in and out knock off in the tourist area. I can only rate what I ate which was a ono fish sandwich and fries. the fish was slightly over and a tad dry but good. the fries were good, better than in and out and came salted. ambience could be better if they weren't calling names for orders over the loud speaker and had a different system. could be 4.5 stars with some improvements.

Not a clean space. All the tables were greasy. The service people are excellent, but the menu nickel and dimes you. Loudspeaker blasts in seating area when orders are ready.

I always come to Santa Monica Pier to look around and eat around way before google review even started. My first time seeing this place was around the year 2000 when I was a young teen.
I never ate here before so I tried their burger out of curiosity and I was assuming they're just like In N Out burgers and I was right but I was also kinda wrong.
Tastewise, they're fresh just kinda like In N Out burgers except, theirs are bigger, their bun is bigger and also the patty. Their fries are typical and they don't include them when you order so you have to buy them seperately.
