I was charged $19.24 for a turkey burger and fries and the food wasn’t good at all! The patty was obviously previously frozen and tasted like they added liquid smoke to give it the charbroiled taste effect. They didn’t even fill the fries up to the brim of the bag. When I mentioned this to the employee, she said they “measure it out to 5 oz.” Not worth the price. Definitely my first and last time at this establishment.

PB is a quirky and fun restaurant with great burgers and service. I also liked the unique dining room shaped like a mini airplane hangar but with comfortable seating.
I also had a milkshake that was excellent and side of fried cauliflower.
Service was great by Jackie.

Burgers for champions... excellent preparation and they prepare the meats to your liking.
I visited this restaurant because it had a good reputation. It wasn't that special. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, but there were no staff in the eating area, and you couldn't take small orders unless someone came. Salad bowls seem to be more popular in Santa Monica right now. Around $50 for two people including a hamburger, drink, and French fries.

Comes with a good grilled cheese sandwich We ordered the truffle and garlic fries, which are soft but taste delicious even though they smell of garlic We ordered delicious sweet potato fries

Wow this place was flat out amazing. Some of the best burgers I've ever had. My friend Jason took me to dinner here Friday night with his wife and we feasted on 4 burgers between the 3 of us and so happy we did.
All their burgers are made with organic, grass-fed beef patties that are never frozen and the quality shows up with each bite. I had the Paniolo (smoked cheddar, Niman ranch bacon, Kona coffee bourbon BBQ sauce, beer battered onion rings) and it was amaze-balls, one of the best burgers I've ever had. I also tried the Kuawa Crunch (cheddar, potato chips, house slaw, and spicy guava rum sauce) and it was also quite delicious, a perfect blend of sweet and spicy flavors.
You can also build your own burger, a la the Counter. So you won't be stuck if none of the specials speak to you but I think they will, definitely try them!
I can't wait to go back here and am so jealous that Jason can go here whenever he wants!

New review, 7 yrs later. I ate here on a business trip 7 yrs ago and have been waiting to eat here again ever since. I was not disappointed! Took the family this time and everyone loved it. Burgers are unique, well designed, and well executed. Brussel sprouts are completely awesome. The shakes are legit. I'll be thinking about my next visit...

We sat on the patio next to the cuisine. By the time we arrived, there were about 3 tables not cleaned, flies everywhere. Had to tell the waitress that we are ready to order.
Meanwhile we washed our hands and the toilets were very dirty. The whole place did not scream cleanliness.
Food did not take long to be served so waiting time was ok, but the burgers were very disappointing. Meat almost burnt. The burger with Camembert and Fig was simply not edible. The iced tea tasted funny, and the lemonade had black particles flying inside.
We asked for ketchup and the waitress literally threw the sauce on the table on small plastic container, same with the lemonade refill. The place was not full so the rush was not excusable for me at least.
We heard about the place from a friend and we were very excited but honestly big disappointment and not at all worth the money spent. Never again.
