I had the loveliest experience with Karina at Pressed Juice. She was so helpful in advising which juices I might like the best and well as explaining that I could get a package of 6 for a discount. I will DEFINITELY be coming to this location again and hopefully Karina will be working that day because she was such a breath of fresh air!

I really LOVE this place! The staff is amazing! Great personalities and very helpful when selecting the perfect juice to get through the day. Karina is breath of fresh air each time I walk in. Great energy and super knowledgable. My go to spot for a much needed pick me up!

Wow. I just read the Karly R review from 11/13/2022 and pasted below. This was a mirror image of the experience I had yesterday. I walked in to get some juices and the woman behind the counter completely ignored me and just opened boxes. When she was done opening boxes, she threw them against the wall, looked at me, rolled her eyes, and said nothing. I felt like I was annoying her by shopping there. I asked if I can buy some juices. She responded with a "yup." Then someone came in right behind me and she greeted them with "how can I help you?" Similar to Karly below, I tried to offer an olive branch and asked if she was having a bad day. She again rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. It was such a cold way of greeting a customer. As I look back at the interaction, I wonder that maybe I didn't tip the time before and she was upset. But I haven't been to this location in nearly 4 months so that's a long grudge to have.Overall, I like the juices. Customer service was pretty terrible. From Karly R:Maybe the rudest interaction and worst customer service I've ever gotten. The employee working did not acknowledge my existence when I walked in, so to break the ice (wild that the customer needs to do that) said hello and asked how they were, and their response was a rude, "fine". When I asked to try a juice she rolled her eyes at me. She dropped a juice and blatantly said the f word. The bad energy was palpable. Clearly they was was having a bad day, so I offered an olive branch and I asked if she was having a bad day, and she literally just rolled her eyes at me again, with no verbal response. The only time she spoke to me was asking me if I wanted to sign up for reward points, I politley said no, and her response was "why not?" in a hostile way. This location truly needs to pick better employees who don't make your customers feel so uncomfortable and honestly don't want to support your company.

I tried thier juice for the 1st time yesterday afternoon, it sure didnt make my stomach hurt cause of the highly concentrate I believe.. But sure thing made my tummy feel tummy & it also made me go to restroom IT WORKS!!!! never had fresh juice like that tbh...
