Should have posted this sooner but I was out with some friends at night and needed a drink. The store was closed after hours and luckily the owner was inside and opened up the doors offering me a free drink on the house. He was very welcoming and super nice to all of us. This review should have been written a couple years ago but now I finally have a chance to write it!

Cute spot in the middle of an outdoor mall. Fast service and delicious lattes. They also have a couple pastries, haven't tried these yet but pretty sure they were calling my name (the pastries that is, not the paparazzi outside)

the buildout cost is really below average and then when i traveled and visited the stores i understood why. they have providers oversees making everything and that is the most efficient way to do busi
I tried a pumpkin cold brew and it was pretty mediocre, can barely taste the pumpkin flavor. The coffee itself wasn't stellar and the portions served are very small, hardly any coffee and mostly ice. The service was efficient and the location was a small building in a beautiful location with many other restaurants and coffee shops.
